A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.

Welcome to our Fonzie suite. Our room has a private, locked entrance, that leads to above the garage. The room offers bright colors and ample sunshine, with a "beachy" theme. That's because it's only a five minute walk to Easton's beach and the scenic Cliff Walk to the east. Heading west, it would take about ten minutes to walk to downtown Newport.

Charming, immaculate studio space in a pretty Victorian. This comfortable studio space offers a newly renovated space for a stay in Newport with a new Queen sized bed, full sized four piece bath and a little "kitchenette" to make coffee in the mornings. There's even a desk area if you just MUST work for a while.
