Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Charavines

We booked the panoramic cottage for a weekend, because we met with friends to do the Trail du Lac de Paladru. We had a great time contemplating the lake view, offered by the ideal location of the cottage. Tireless, especially when the sun rises. The owner is very helpful, for example. we lacked fire lights for the BBQ, he told us the way to his house to get him. A grocery store is at the end of the street (be careful, it's good but very expensive). We recommend this place!

This is the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The house itself is a work of art and it has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden right outside your door makes you feel like you’re living in a fairy tail. The place is so quiet and peaceful, all you can hear is the sound of birds and the stream that runs passed the garden. Andreas and Gabriella are sweet and kind and they were available whenever we needed them, but the place still feels like a totally private Airbnb. There is so much hiking and exploring to do in the surrounding areas, we spend a full day exploring Chartreuse and it was spectacular. Overall, if you’re debating whether you should stay here, do it! It was a highlight of our trip.

Insanely beautiful house and garden, ecologically exemplary, in wonderful surroundings, soothing birdsong, hedgehogs passing by at dusk, beautiful art, great amenities (organic coffee, teas, goat's milk soap, flowers, welcome walnuts). Extremely courteous and lovely hostess Christelle.

This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

We needed to enjoy a moment of calm, to rest for a long weekend of three days. The listing at this address seemed ideal, the comments all unanimous... well... it's even better than we could have hoped. The loft is very comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated, a rare cleanliness... the best thing is the little touches all around you. The exterior is also very neat, swimming pool, jacuzzi accessible at any time and private, there is everything you need to feel good. Well, we could go on for a long time with the superlatives... breakfasts... meals... massages... but the icing on the cake is the hosts Anne-Lise and Frédéric... whose kindness and discretion complete this perfect and timeless moment. The apartment is not very central, but arriving by car and having free parking on the property (and also on the street) was very convenient. There are several supermarkets 100 and 400 m away. (The second is a Lidl) and a patisserie next door. Although we didn't know her, we talked to Aleks a few times. Their response was always kind, clear and quick. It is a studio on a high floor with an elevator. It is tastefully decorated and very well equipped as well. The view of the Alps is a plus! Highly recommended for those who pass through Grenoble and do not need to be in a very central location. We would definitely come back!

The apartment is the perfect place to stay for a few days in Grenoble. Close to public transport, accessibility to the place and other services is more than acceptable. The hosts were very respectful, concerned with comfort and responsive. They take great care of visitors, which makes the trip very comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment!

Very clean and functional studio, where you can park your vehicle right in front. Located in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to a big city where you can find everything. Nice little binder with good addresses. The little extra is the breakfast provided for the first morning. I highly recommend this place, it was really great. New accommodation tastefully furnished and very well located (between lake and mountain according to the ad). You will find all the amenities and even more to have a very good stay. We have to go back (with a little more sun!!)

2-night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful view of the mountain and also of the outdoor parking, large studio with everything you need (bed linen, coffee, internet). The plus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so it's complicated to find your way from the basement to the exit. I did not meet Alain (independent arrival) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

Julien and Fanny welcomed us and responded to our request. Comfortable apartment (good bedding) clean and functional in a quiet and tree-lined neighborhood. Despite the outside heat, good insulation allowed us not to be too bothered.

Very pleasant stay in Aix les Bains in Marie Claire's apartment. Marie Claire is a very available, responsive and friendly host. The accommodation is ideally located, close to Lake Bourget and the city center. The apartment is clean and nice. We had a lovely stay!

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

He provided us with a crib and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's dishes, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products...
