Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. The pond enclosure (gîte)

The cottage is quietly located, on the edge of a fishing lake, close to a small village in the Limousine countryside. Fully equipped for a pleasant stay, you can enjoy the garden to relax. It has access to the pool from June 15 to September 15. You will discover many activities nearby, both cultural and sports (hiking, museums, mountain biking, fishing...)
