Grands Rochers Gîte

In Châteauneuf-Les-Bains on the banks of the Sioule, one of the cleanest rivers in France, is our Gite de Grands Rochers. Nature plays the leading role in this unforgettable accommodation. Here is peace and space with a beautiful view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, spread over two floors. Downstairs, the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

It took us 8 years to completely renovate this house that we particularly love! Dog friendly gîte. No additional costs are charged for a pet. The gîte has a 2-person bed, a kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, small oven, 4 burner stove, hood and electric heaters. Shower and toilet are accessible from the outside through the covered porch with woodburner. From the gîte you can walk to the forest and walk there for hours, with or without your dog. Bookings for 1 night on request.
