Our house is located on a busy street in central New Iberia, a few blocks from downtown and convenient to School Days Apartments. Our 1800 sqft home has a ton of living space: 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a farmhouse kitchen and a large living area - which includes a daybed and large sectional sofa. The place is perfect for hosting groups while in town visiting family or checking out local attractions.

Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Light breakfast items, coffee, milk, and juice provided. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

There’s a queen bed and claw foot tub downstairs, two full beds and bathroom upstairs.
