Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

Very nice accommodation, nice hostess, great and quiet location. Check-in and check-out totally uncomplicated. Everything great!

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for young and old! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

Pascale's instructions were very clear for the arrival. The location of the accommodation is very convenient because it is located close to the RER A: ideal for getting to Paris quickly, and the accommodation was very quiet, at the back of a large garden, surrounded by greenery.

Monday is beautiful, it has everything private for each of us. My son stayed downstairs and had his own bathroom. My other children had their own room, it has a charming place, it is a courtyard surrounded by flowers, fantastic lights for coffee, I liked everything a little complicated, the way for the keys could place a modern smart box. The place is 100% recommended, I loved being able to enjoy the time in my beautiful room, with my own TV, everything was very good

Excellent accommodation, met our expectations! We really like the neighborhood, it's very safe and the apartment is close to the subway (which was essential for us)! Upon arrival, there was a basket of fruit and, halfway through the stay, we received clean towels. The bathroom really is small, but it met our needs (there were four of us, ideally there would be two bathrooms... but everything worked out!) Thank you to the hosts! The accommodation is identical to the photos!

A very nice modern apartment with modern furnishings! The small garden is perfect for breakfast before going on an exploration tour! Good connection to bus and train, shopping can be done nearby! We found the time wonderful! Thanks!

Samia is a very responsive host. Her accommodation is impeccable, well located, close to the metro. The instructions for entering and exiting the accommodation are clear. This accommodation is very peaceful with everything you need to stay there. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to spend a short night or a short Parisian stay!

we stayed 5 days, and the host was always attentive and concerned about our stay. The place is comfortable and modern, very clean, the neighborhood is very quiet. The Liberte metro station allowed us to move around the city. If we go back to Paris, we would definitely recommend Steven.

Extremely clean, functional and quiet accommodation.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Benoit’s beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a balcony, bath and well equipped kitchen. The apartment block is very quiet and in a nice non-touristy neighbourhood. Very convenient for the metro. Benoit was a great host. We would highly recommend for those wishing to have a proper French experience away from the busy tourist spots.

The location is good for those who don't want to stay in the center of Paris, very fast to get to the center and easy. The house was very clean and just like the photo. Mourad was always very helpful and responded quickly to my messages.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

We recently spent 5 days here with our daughter and can only recommend the apartment! The location is great and above all very quiet. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the metro and about 20 minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was super clean and the contact always helpful and friendly. Everything worked absolutely smoothly :) the special extra is of course the free parking space in the garage. So you didn't have to worry about where to leave your car. Because parking on the street is inhumanely expensive. All in all, it was the perfect short break and we would love to come back!! :)
