This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of a wine village of Sancerrois. It is located within the wine estate, in the village of Verdigny at the foot of Sancerre; 5 min drive from Saint-Satur, a small village that has all the shops and its leisure area (banks of the Loire, tennis, canoeing, Loire by bike...). Gite for 5 people: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen and an outdoor area.

Old renovated station

This former 1900s train station in the heart of the fields and vineyards, is an ideal house for stays for families or groups of friends. On the wine route of Sancerrois and 15 minutes from the village of Chavignol, you can let yourself be charmed by its authenticity, its spacious rooms and its views. 10 minutes from the Loire and an outdoor communal pool. Large outdoor spaces, swing, trampoline, ping pong, garden furniture, everything to enjoy the countryside.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
