This is exactly what we were looking for! As a couple who was out and about most of the trip, we didn’t need a place that was too big. This was the perfect, cute, well kept little spot in a beautiful, quiet area. Its location was perfect for us. We were very close to both Charleston, Sullivans Island beach, and also discovered many fun things to do and delicious places to eat in the Mt. Pleasant and Shem Creek area.

Dana was a great host. The house was roomy and clean. It had everything needed for our stay.

We had the most incredible time staying at Corrie’s place in Folly Beach for our moms getaway girls trip! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, fun bars and restaurants, and a super cool 24/7 market. The house itself is a dream—spacious, luxurious, and designed with the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor lounge areas to relax and connect. The hot tub and pool were absolutely next level. Corrie was a fantastic host, and everything was seamless from start to finish. If you’re considering booking—stop looking and just do it!!!! We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Our family had the best time at Aj and Aaryne’s! The house was exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard pool area was amazing, the perfect place to hang out with our family. A great central location in the Charleston area. Easy to get to downtown to explore, but also a quick ride over to the beach areas. Thank you for a great week!

Amazing location! Walkable to everything we wanted to do plus super easy beach access. The house was beautiful and clean with great amenities. We loved drinking coffee on the balcony with views of the ocean. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I visited with my mother-in-law and had an awesome stay. The home was beautiful and clean and comfortable…I slept better in the bed here than I usually do at my own house. The location is great — tucked away in a quiet area, but still super close to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown, and the beach. We felt very safe and at home, and enjoyed sitting on the patio to enjoy the view. Definitely recommend to any group of travelers. Mike was a great host and always responsive. We look forward to staying again when we are back in Charleston if it’s available!

Great, recently remodeled home conveniently located to key areas around Charleston. Only 20 minutes from Downtown and Sullivan’s Island. Would stay there again!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The house is located super close to downtown (Less than 10 minutes and a $8-15 uber ride) and only about a 15-min ride to Folly Beach. We had a girls trip and there was plenty of room. Their kitchen is fully stocked. Beautiful decorations, comfortable beds, beautiful views. Lots of privacy but the host responded promptly to every single message. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Charleston.

Haley’s place was wonderful! Just what we needed with our dog. Safe neighborhood for early morning and late night walks, close to restaurants and a short uber drive to downtown. Haley was super accommodating with an early check in and late check out. Will definitely be back to stay!

Was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had! I cannot recommend this host enough. what a cute home!! we came for a girls trip and had the most cozy, fun time in this little place. The whole place was clean and they had everything we needed. Also super friendly and responsive!

The home is really beautiful and spacious. Only four of us stayed there but we had room for another 3. Everything was clean, pretty and well cared for. My children’s house was within walking distance which was a bonus. There are good restaurants and coffee shops close by. It’s also a quick drive to downtown Charleston. We all really enjoyed having such a nice space to relax in and to spend time at, after some long days with family. The bed in the master bedroom (where we stayed) was sooo comfortable!

If you’re looking for the perfect place to call home on your Charleston trip, look no further! This Airbnb is ideally situated in a local/quaint neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and coffee nearby, but only a few blocks away from King Street, making it an ideal location for experiencing everything downtown Charleston offers. Also, this Airbnb has a built-in parking spot, making it very easy and practical to use as a home base while we traveled around to Savannah, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan's Island. The room was super comfortable, the modern bathroom had excellent high-end finishes, and the en suite laundry was practical for our trip. Mauri‘s communication was top-notch, and along with her book of local recommendations, it’s clear she is a cut above the rest when it comes to Airbnb hosts. Five out of five stars, couldn’t recommend more.

Great place! It was super pretty and we had a great time. Jason was responsive and helpful and the instruments were so fun to play. The house is in a good location and close to everything in downtown Charleston while also being away from the noise of the city. Such a cozy house and we felt like we were at home staying here. If we ever visit Charleston again we’d love to come back!

The Cottage is cute, clean and offers anything that you would need as if you were at home. I really didn't need to ask for anything because it was stocked. The Gentleman in the front house was polite and offered assistance should we need anything. The only request I would have is window covering for the front and back doors. We really enjoyed our stay and we felt at home. Thank you Ethan & Emily for the opportunity to stay at your lovely Cottage! If we visit Charleston again we would definitely like to stay at the Cottage if you would be obliged to have us.

Steven's place was great! We enjoyed our stay especially the proximity to the beach. We would go twice a day it was so close. The outdoor shower was great for sandy kids and the view of the marsh was just beautiful at all times of the day. Although you do not need a golf cart I would recommend renting one to go in and out of town for an extra bit of fun. We didn't do it in advance and missed out. However, you do not need one to get to and from the beach.

This charming house felt like home! Definitely a must if you want to be near shopping and only 15-20 to King street in downtown Charleston. Loved the house, and the host was very helpful giving me referrals to local businesses. This house is very clean and newly renovated, beautifully done!
