The accommodations and location were perfect. West Ashley has a great vibe and good restaurants within walking distance. It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Liz Lane Cottage- entire guesthouse

AnnaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our stay was amazing! Brooke was a fantastic host who always responded quickly and was very friendly whenever we saw her or her family. When we were caught in poor weather, she messaged me and gave us umbrellas so we could stay dry during our trip. A great experience and we all hope to stay here again!!

5 STAR 1bd/1ba Shem Creek Retreat in #1 MtP area!

JonathanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was our second time at Treehouse and it was just as good as the first! Katey and Jules are great hosts. The location is amazing - 10 minutes to downtown Charleston and 10 minutes to the beach. We love walking down Coleman to Shem Creek and enjoying the sights and sounds of the marsh. We love patriots point park and taking the water taxi to downtown. You won’t find a better a place for a couple getaway!

*Old Village/Shem Creek Charmer*NEW 2BR Guesthouse

GloriaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My husband and I had a wonderful 5 day stay at Georgia's apartment. Georgia's attention to detail was evident in each room. The furnishings and décor brings comfort and warmth to each space. We enjoyed a lunch of bbq ribs at Saltwater Cowboys (Shem creek) while we watched dolphins swim and pelicans dive for fish. We walked off our meal while striding down the Shem Creek boardwalk. We spent 2 days at Folly beach county park, soft sand and water temperature at 77F was lovely. We took advantage of the umbrella/sand chair rental which is delivered to your chosen beach spot. Upon request, Georgia provided us with big soft beach towels. Lastly, must say Mt. Pleasant is beautiful. I ran throughout the neighborhood (in training for a marathon), each house is beautifully distinctive, folks wave, and many bits of the town's history is displayed on sign plaques throughout. It was a great vacation for us!

Spacious 1 bedroom cottage in Avondale

RyanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Derek and Sarah’s guest house cottage in Avondale. Even though it was located in a suburban area, we found the cottage feeling quiet and secluded once inside. The interior was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen very usable to cook some of our meals. We drove to Charleston, and we found the parking space easy to use and clearly marked. Derek and Sarah were very friendly and responsive with any questions we had. With a car, it was an easy drive to our visit to Folly’s Beach, our carriage ride in the French Quarter, shopping at the Charleston City Market, the harbor area for our sunset cruise, the Magnolia Plantation and Gardens, the Charleston Tea Garden, and a lot more. It was a perfect launching pad for a really memorable trip.

My Happy Place

KellyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This was mine and my wife's first time in the Charleston area. I highly recommend this host, we have nothing but great things to say. the ability to check in early, the recommendations to food, activities and places to see, the comfort of the home and the thoughtfulness of having them leave a beautiful note and a bottle of bubbly for us due to our 8 year anniversary. I couldn't have asked for anything else. Thank you very much for everything. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t want to leave! The description was accurate, but this community was more adorable than we ever imagined! Absolutely awesome and convenient! The hosts went above and beyond, and I’d stay here again and again. Super affordable and definitely one of our top Air BnB experiences to date.

The James: “Tiny” Home b/w Downtown & Folly

EricaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
If I could give this stay 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a dream getaway. Every corner was photo-worthy — seriously, bring your camera because you’ll want to capture it all! The host was immaculate — kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. You can tell so much care and intention went into every detail of the home. It felt like stepping into a Pinterest board, but better! We made memories that will last a lifetime and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re lucky enough to stay here — take it! You’ll leave refreshed, inspired, and already planning your next trip back. 🌟✨

Cozy Cottage! 5 mins from Kiawah!

ReneeRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lucy’s super cute cottage. It was clean, well appointed, and with the perfect amount of space for a couple. Although we didn’t get a chance to try it out (a little too chilly), the outdoor bathtub was a charming feature, in addition to the other outdoor spaces available. We loved the close proximity to the beach and to downtown Charleston. We felt very comfortable and rested really well. We would absolutely come back to Lucy’s cottage, and I’m sure you will feel the same way!

#1 SC AIRBNB IN MT. PLEASANT OLD VILLAGE. BEACHES!

PatRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The guesthouse is over the detached garage, but felt like it's own individual location. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and is in close proximity to several great seafood restaurants and bars. We met Paige when we arrived and she made us feel very welcome and offered any assistance we may need. This property is the "homiest" air bnb we have rented. It had all of the necessary dishes and cookware/utensils anyone could need. The experience was fantastic and we highly recommend Paige and Perry's place if you need a rental in the Charleston area.

Charming Guest Cottage in Old Mount Pleasant, SC

LauraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Kari’s guest house was perfect for our quick weekend getaway to Charleston. We were able to hop in the car and get downtown in about 10 minutes, shoot to the beach in 15 and walk to Pitt Street bridge and back for a nice long walk in the morning. The space was clean and check in/out instructions were clear. Mike offered us bikes to use and even gave us chairs for the beach. Such a great weekend and we will definitely be back!

The Guesthouse at Old Orchard

MichaelineRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Spent four nights with a friend in Brandy and Bill’s wonderful guest getaway and wish we could have stayed many more nights. Very clean and well appointed space — the kitchen had everything you need (and then some). Bathrooms were spacious and provided towels and washcloths. Beds were comfortable and there is so much space in this guesthouse. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the property is very relaxing too. Brandy has created a cozy home away from home and we hope to return again. So many nice well appreciated touches. It’s perfectly located in the area too — so close to many of the attractions and also very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend with no reservations!

Old Mt. Pleasant/Shem Creek close to Sullivans/DT

GailRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful stay at the guesthouse. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a great vacation. It also beach towels and chairs which we used each day. There are also bikes and helmets if you wish to take a ride. It was very peaceful and quiet yet still close to shopping and restaurants. It is a great location for a stay in Charleston! My husband and I want to make this our yearly vacation spot, we loved it here!
