Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! We felt right at home from the minute we walked in from the cozy feel to the thoughtful amenities included. I loved how this home was so pet friendly as well. The location was perfect. I would definitely book again.

We had such a great stay at the Shark Tooth Shanty! The home was decorated so beautifully and uniquely, every little detail added to the charm. Kerrie was very communicative and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet just a short drive to downtown Charleston, beaches, and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Anna’s place was perfect way to celebrate my graduation with a weekend girls trip despite the rain! The place was clean and in the perfect location. She also was very responsive and helpful. Would definetly stay again :)

This house worked great for my family to attend a wedding. House was spotless, well-equipped and stocked with some coffee and a few snacks! Lots of natural light from skylights. Peaceful patio with wonderfully scented vine covering the pergola and a nice view of fountain. We saw turtles, a green heron and a small alligator (at a safe distance) from the fenced-in back yard. Location is easy to find with convenient to restaurants and shopping. Exceeded my expectations.

Half way between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach...perfect location!

Had a great stay at the March House! Plenty of room for our whole family and made for such an easy trip with the beach across the street. Would definitely return

We had a great stay and the hosts were amazing! They live on the property in a separate house and were so gracious and very responsive to our questions. Super cool people. Next time we will definitely charter their beautiful boat! I was a little intimidated by the area since I know Charleston pretty well and when gps turned me left on Meeting St I was not sure what to expect. The area 6 blocks west of the home is a little sketchy but we never saw anything scary within the few blocks we walked. There are a couple of great restaurants and a cute coffee shop within walking distance- Don’t miss Hannibal’s if you like upscale southern food! The area is being gentrified and so there is a mix of renovated and non-renovated row houses. 107a America Street is the cutest one! Adorable interior, great kitchen, and a nice master with the bath right between it and the spacious living room. Our parking space was in their garage, and other guests found ample parking on the street. Awesome time!

Everything I hoped and wished for our stay was like the pictures and details! It was a gorgeous home, the bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The kitchen was massive and so perfect for a big group, the backyard with the pool was so beautiful and like a little oasis! It was the perfect distance to downtown, not too far. Such a good stay, definitely will be back!

This house was perfect for our family and our dogs. It was super clean and had everything we needed and more! The park within walking distance was awesome too. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time! The property is so peaceful, and you’re only a short walk or drive from the beach and pools. Tyler is amazingly communicative, helpful, and seems to truly want you to have a wonderful experience. Everything is just as it is pictured, including the beach wagon, toys, umbrellas. Our kids are 3 and 7, and they loved watching the wildlife from the deck. We were initially a little worried about the kids navigating the spiral staircase, and when we arrived we found they supply a baby gate that fits all the way around the railing and openings. It really eased our minds. If you like the idea of being submerged in nature by the beach, don’t hesitate to book this rental! We’ll return for sure!

Beautiful place, extremely responsive and well worth the stay!

My family and I loved our long weekend in Mt Pleasant at Melissa's place! We frequent the area often and this has been our favorite airbnb to date. We 100% will be back! The place feels cozy and right at home. The pool is an added bonus. It was perfectly maintained and the lights at night were great! The location is perfect, quick drive to the beaches and restaurants. You do have to share the backyard/pool area with your neighbor but we had very nice/respectful neighbors in the next door unit. Book it, you won't be disappointed. We didn't want to leave!

The pictures accurately represented her space. We found there was plenty of room for four adults. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, silverware and dishes, something we find to not always be the case. The location was ideal for visiting the beaches and getting to Charleston. Megan was good at making sure we had all the prearrival information we needed and had recommendations on what to do and where to eat. If we were in the area we would stay here again.

Communication with the property owner was great. The property was advertised perfectly and value priced. We had a blast and will try to return in the future.

Had a great stay in Charleston at Victoria’s place! The neighborhood was quiet and the place was very clean! We loved the fenced in backyard for our dog. It was a short drive to all of our favorite Charleston spots. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was our second visit to the cottage and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The property is just beautiful and the home is so lovely and comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!

This place was exactly as described. Super cute. Everything you need for a great stay. Location was great. We were able walk everywhere. My daughter stayed on the pull out couch and was perfectly comfortable. Host was very responsive. There was coffee, creamer and even ice which was a great touch. Bathroom and the bedroom were large. Would stay again.

Susan’s loft was perfect for a little girls weekend with my daughter. We loved everything about it. And the location was perfect!

My daughter, niece and I had a wonderful time visiting Charleston and the amazing beaches along the coast. We had a great stay, comfortable beds, everything was clean and very well stocked. The area is so beautiful with off street parking and quick access to grocery stores, restaurants and everything we needed. Host gave great suggestions for local water activities and we really enjoyed jet skiing close by and drove down to Hilton Head for a mini boat tour and on to Tybee Island for the day. The girls loved seeing the dolphins. We also enjoyed Magnolia Plantation and a carriage ride through Charleston. There is a lot to do and great beaches to relax at as well. We would definitely stay here again. The Host was very responsive, kind and helpful. The house was quiet and perfect for our needs. The area was beautiful. We did not have any complaints.

Best most friendly host that really cares that you enjoy your stay. She provides so much information for things to do and see, as well as a pass to the Folly beach park. The house felt like a little cottage. It was clean and towels and linens smelled fresh. Super cold AC. There were some goodies in the kitchen and tons of coffee options. The backyard has a sitting area. My 3 shelties preferred the area in the front, as was well lit and pretty. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet enough for walks. Folly beach is super easy to get to with lots of great food and the beach is beautiful. We were only there for one day, as were driving through to Florida, so tried to do as much as possible. Jennifer let us check out a little later so we could enjoy an anniversary breakfast. Best place to eat breakfast: Rita's at Folly Beach area. Hands down the best shrimp and grits we ever tasted. Lolos has yummy crab clusters and mahi mahi tacos. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. 🥰

The place was very nice and Jennifer was super responsive! The driveway is definitely easy to miss, especially in the dark, because you can't see the place from the road. A sign would be helpful, but other than that no complaints!
