Monthly Rentals in Charleston

We were at Eastern Illinois University for my son's State track meet, and one of the highlights of the weekend was our lovely stay at Tim and Joanie's home. The property was beautiful and so well maintained. The lawn was freshly mowed, firewood stacked, porch clean and inviting - so relaxing. We couldn't wait to grab a cold drink and enjoy the hammock swings. The interior was neat, cozy, and spotless. They were kind enough to leave a snack basket, coffees, and water bottles as well as a personalized card to welcome us. The home was well appointed and had everything we could need and some things just for fun like the yard games. The beds were incredibly comfortable. It was a great stay, and we're planning to return next year.

The home was spacious and clean. Corey and his assistant were nice and responsive. Instructions were timely and clear. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and accommodations made us comfortable!!!

Perfect house for a family weekend in Charleston. Absolutely spotless, easy to find, easy to access, and easy parking. Lots of space for lounging, tons of sleeping spaces, and a beautiful backyard to hang out and enjoy friends and family.
