Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

We loved our stay in this cottage! It has such a cosy homely feel and is equipped with everything you’d need! The bed was super comfy and it was nice to have a tv in both bedrooms and the living space! The hot tub area was gorgeous and a great place to unwind and relax, very private area! Shaun the host was super friendly and very responsive! We couldn’t fault this place - amazing value for money. Would recommend and would love to return in the future!

We had a beautiful week at The Cart Barn, beautiful location with beautiful views and a private garden which was perfect for our pooch! we spent most of our evenings watching the beautiful cows out the garden! the hot tub was a lovely addition and the barn had everything we needed to make ourselves and our dog feel at home! Some great recommendations in the welcome book and from the owners of local things to do! Will definitely be returning in the future! :)

Tranquil, beautifully converted barn. Extremely comfortable and very welcoming. Perfect for a break away from the rat race!! And Davina’s gluten-free lemon drizzle cake is amazing!! Thank you for a second very enjoyable stay!

Our stay was lovely. Tracy’s cottage was absolutely immaculate and inviting Felt warm and comfortable with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers,scones and chocolates 😊 Tracy was a pleasure to communicate with as well. Warm and responsive I could tell she was a warm and kind hearted person right from the get go

This place was such a great find! We’ve just got back from the most perfect week away. We originally only booked for 4 nights but we extended our stay as we were having such a wonderful time. The place is just lovely with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our welcoming gifts too. Kate and Simon are brilliant hosts and were extremely easy to contact. St Agnes is a beautiful location with some superb coastal walks. There’s also plenty of places to go out for food and drink. The beach is stunning also. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is considering it (just book it!). Thanks again for a brilliant stay Kate and Simon!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! Gina welcomed us on arrival with a cream tea waiting, the airbnb was unbelievable with its cosyness and comfy bed and sofa. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment and we mentioned we wanted the bbq so Gina and her husband got it out and set up for us which was so kind. The hot tub was incredible, so lovely and even the morning it rained we were able to use it since it was covered over. A brilliant location too with lovely beaches nearby. Had a great time at Fowey, Looe and Polperro! Would definitely stay again

We stayed at Mellinzeath 28 years ago for a week of our honeymoon, and decided to revisit for our anniversary. What a transformation! The property has been restored beautifully and sympathetically, and now feels loved again. Everything - the materials used for the fabric of the building, fixtures, fittings and equipment - is of excellent quality, and there are many little touches which make it extra welcoming. Even Obi, our dog, had his own welcome pack and a warm shower outside. This is a very special property in a tranquil, secluded setting, with nothing but the birds for company. Wish it had been like this for our honeymoon.....

Super friendly helpful hosts with a great cottage with everything you need for your stay. Comfy bed. Top notch power shower. Nice coffee machine. Cottage is edge of village with some fabulous views. Quiet and comfy accommodation. Walkable (5 minutes) friendly locals pub in village. Walkable (10 minutes) Spar supermarket and the lovely Kay’s Fish and Chip shop. Thanks Jim and Lyn. We loved our stay at the Little Forge. Sue was a superb host and gave us loads of great recommendations. We really appreciated the welcome pack of milk, bread, eggs etc as it meant we could have a lovely lazy morning after our first night. The annexe was exactly as described, extremely well appointed with everything we could need for our week long stay with our dog, including dishwasher and washing machine soaps, good selection of utensils and salt/pepper/oil. The courtyard garden is delightful suntrap and overall the location could not be more peaceful. We’d love to come back again.

What a lovely cottage in a great location. Everything you could need was here with the addition of treats left by the owner Michelle to welcome us. Very comfy bed and practical wet room. Nearby the Miners Arms 2 or 3 minute walk away was an added bonus for drinks and food. We can highly recommend this characterful cottage and its owner Michelle. Thanks again Andy and Kate

A brilliant place to base ourselves for a few days. The house is in a great location with two brilliant pubs (Plume and The Standard), a fantastic village shop and, of course, The Hidden Hut, all within easy reach. We also enjoyed Towan Beach and the ferry from Place across to St Mawes. Some great walks and places to explore from the doorstep. Thanks for having us.

Great place in a quiet setting. Walks to the beach possible and loads to do in the area. Super comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was lovely as was the sitting room (with a fantastic log burner) and outdoor spaces

This beautiful home has been perfectly considered providing everything you could wish for from set down areas in the shower room to teas for all tastes! An escape to tranquility. Delightful cottage renovated to a really high standard. Beautiful location in a quiet village but right on the coast and close to local attractions. Great shops and restaurants in the village too.

Absolutely fantastic! We cannot speak more highly about the cottage and Vicky as a host - both are warm and wonderful! The cottage was ideal for our family of five, and so well laid out both downstairs and upstairs - both cosy and spacious. It is amazingly well stocked and all the amenities are such great quality, it really feels like a home-from-home and made it such a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk to the harbour and a lovely range of places to eat/drink/shop. We loved that we could walk to beautiful beaches in either direction and not have to get in the car - although also a short drive from lots of great spots. Vicky went above and beyond as a host, and was such a joy to communicate with throughout. She was so flexible and gave it all such a personal touch, and had so many brilliant local recommendations particularly with the kids. We had the best time and will definitely be going back - for longer!

We arrived after a five-hour journey and found the property to be very welcoming. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The property is situated in a small village in a quiet area, making it ideal for families with children. We enjoyed the lovely view from the window in the morning and appreciated the presence of cows in the nearby field. We had the opportunity to meet Chris the day after our arrival, and it's clear he has created a space that feels like home. We would certainly consider returning in the future. We spent a lovely weekend at Sky Cottage. Cris is a great host, thoughtful extra touches to make us feel welcome. The cottage is really pretty and obviously a lot of love has been put into the renovation. I’d thoroughly recommend a stay here.

If you are hesitating about booking Cliff Cottage in Portloe then please don’t even question it…just book it! By far the loveliest Air B n b we have had the privilege to stay in. Annie and Giovanni are perfect hosts. Charming, warm, always available and welcoming but never intrusive. Together they have created a little piece of heaven. The cottage is gorgeous and perfectly situated. The incomparable views, peace and tranquillity, creative interior design, attention to detail, thoughtful extras and the comfort and cleanliness of the cottage combine to create something truly magical. They have literally thought of everything. We felt instantly at home. My husband spent most of his time staring out of the window enjoying the views and we loved spending time in the garden and enjoying the sound of the waves. Loads to do in the local area. Stunning coastal walks in either direction and the village of Portloe captured our hearts. We truly did not want to leave.
