Beachfront holiday rental in Charley Young Beach

We had a great time at Alexi’s place! It is indeed a gorgeous condo, just as described. It was super clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the W/D in the unit. The location was perfect for us. It was centrally located and close to everything. We had direct access to the beach. Alexi was very helpful and responsive. He gave us some great local food recommendations. The building manager was also super nice and gave us some tips and guidance that made our trip very enjoyable. This was our first trip to Maui and we loved it so much that we are looking forward to coming back.

This one-bedroom, air-conditioned condominium is a gem, offering exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how immaculate the condo was. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard. The decor throughout the unit is harmonious, with a pleasing color palette and a continuity in the decorations that creates a serene and welcoming environment. The comfortable furniture was an added bonus, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The living room features a large TV equipped with most of the popular streaming app subscriptions, which was a nice touch for evening relaxation. One of the standout features for us was the bedroom. The king-sized bed provided the best sleep I’ve had in years! It came with a thick foam topper, which was heavenly. For those who prefer a different feel, the topper can be easily removed. Thanks, Gail. We are coming back next year.

The stay was special to say the least. It was private and the walkable beach was quiet and beautiful. The town of Kihei has everything you need with close stores, restaurants, gas stations and snorkel rental. The house was perfect for our family with a space our child could sleep free of noise from the rest of the house while we were awake so we could enjoy the ocean from the porch and the jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay again while on Maui!

Don't pass this listing up!! It's amazing. You're staying ocean front and are walking distance to beaches, playgrounds, grocery stores, lots of food, snorkel rentals and more! We watched turtles, whales (in season), sunsets while relaxing on the balcony. We brought our 1 year old and had no issues; we rented baby gear from a local company. The main room has blackout curtains and we moved the coffee table to create a play area. We loved being able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes without having to pack everything up into the car. We even saw turtles while snorkeling right in front of the condo. There's boogie boards, snorkel gear, and sandcastle toys. The kitchen was fully stocked (glass Tupperware, foil, seasonings, oil, pans, pots, everything) laundry was a blessing, and AC worked well. We even did some remote work here and there was no issues. We absolutely loved staying here and can't wait to be back!

We had a wonderful visit! This condo is clean and nice and extremely well located. Puamana is quiet and beautiful. Whalers was helpful and supplied us with extra blankets. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Great location. Had a minor issue, but Lisa was on top of it . Making sure we were enjoying our trip. Would recommend to anyone visiting Maui! Mahalo!

We stayed from June 5-12 and saw soooo many sea turtles from the lanai. Not sure if you can see them year round or just during this time, but it was a real highlight for us! We loved the 5th floor view, both rooms are very comfortable and accommodated two couples well. They have three AC units in the apartment that made it comfortable to sleep at night without getting too hot. The complex has a heated pool that is open until 9PM and scarcely used by others during our visit. They also had beach essentials like folding chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and towels that made our beach trips luxurious! We will definitely look to rent this place again for our future trips to Maui!

Loved our stay here! The condo was perfect for what we wanted. Our favorite part was that it was about a 30 second walk to the beach! We definitely used the snorkeling gear and towels as well. We loved walking to the beach in the evening to watch the sea turtles swim at sunset. Would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Maui.

A 6 out of 5 for the views!! Beautiful ocean views right from the condo and steps from a small rocky beach where you could see the sea turtles up close sunbathing on the beach. Its not necessarily a beach you would spend your day at or get in the ocean to swim in due to the rocks but very nice being able to spend a few minutes here and there. There was some true beach access about a 2 min drive down the street, and more options about 10 min in either direction. The condo was as described and had pretty much all basic amenities. The quality and condition of the condo was perfectly fine. The portable A/C unit in the bedroom was very nice for keeping a cool sleeping environment. Appreciated the beach equipment we could use! Maalaea was a small harbor town with a couple restaurants and aquarium. Definitely check out the Maalaea General Store for breakfast, lunch, or basic grocery needs!

This condo is where you want to stay at while in Maui. You will have absolutely everything you need to be comfortable and more. The floor plan is spacious, very well decorated with details that make you feel at home away from home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, amazing views of the ocean, full closet with hangers and all sorts of things the host provides so you can enjoy yourself at the beach or parks. Things like a cooler, beach chairs, tennis balls and rackets, you name it, it’s in there. The bathroom is very practical and well designed too. The shower has amazing water pressure!! The lanai is one of the best parts, IMO. You can get to it through a glass door in the living room or the bedroom. The windows and glass doors are floor to sealing giving you natural light all day. I didn’t tun on the TV once, but there is one. I’m running out of space in this review and want to say so much more!! I’m coming back for sure!

Tracy’s home was absolutely great. Everything was as described. She thought of every detail and provided everything we needed for our stay! She was VERY quick to respond to any questions we had. She gave us spot on recommendations from food to farmer’s markets. We loved being so close to the beach and visiting the sea turtles on a daily basis. The beautiful sandy beach was great to walk to the bakery in the morning or to the shave ice or the ABC store in the afternoon. It is without a doubt the best location. When we return we will definitely stay at Tracy’s place again.

A great Maui getaway! The condo was spacious, the balcony and views were lovely, and the location was incredibly convenient for exploring Kihei and Wailea.

This place was wonderful for a few nights during our honeymoon! It had berthing you could ever need, beach chairs and towels, sunscreen, aloe, coolers, batteries, cooking utensils, books, games, and so much more! It was in a nice neighborhood that was very walkable. We did a quick walk to the Maui Ocean Center, mini golf, the harbor, desert, and more. Loved staying here and would stay again!

Responsive Host, Perfect location, located at the centre of Kihei and close to everything including the beaches, food truck and supermarket.

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Rentals at Maui was AWESOME‼️ They made my family's first time to Hawaii very comfortable. The staff was very responsive. Even after hours. They were also always polite and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this stay for anyone looking for peace, professionalism, and getting their money's worth!

Right on the beach cannot beat the location. Private access. Public beach. Close to everything Local cafes and food trucks.

We had an AMAZING time at the condo for our trip. Check in with super easy, and everything was well communicated by Jordan. The condo was exactly what we were looking for, and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. There is so much to do all around this location, and with this place being right on the beach, it has every luxury you are looking for. Jordan provided helpful hints, and was always responsive if we had to reach out. If we are fortunate to come back to Maui at some point, we will definitely be booking this condo again. The condo is located directly on the beach with beautiful views of the nearby island and the crater. We could easily walk down to a small beach directly behind the condo where turtles come up every day to rest. The condo itself was comfortable for my boyfriend and me. Furnishings and appliances are a bit outdated, but nothing was in poor shape. Location is walkable to a great food truck “court”, coffee shops, and restaurants. Parking spaces are tight, although a minivan and mid size truck managed to park beside us. The stay included free tickets for activities. We took advantage of the Maui Gold Pineapple Farm tour and loved it.

Beautiful place to stay. The views from the balcony are amazing! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. We walked down the beach a couple of times and were able to see turtles that were resting on the sand. The swing is a great touch and great to relax in. Jeremy is very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

I can not recommend this condo enough. It was clean, well maintained, comfortable, tastefully decorated, (not busy or too full of stuff), bed was nice, linens were soft, (extra pillows) all the ‘necessary’ things to enjoy your Hawaiian vacation too like beach towels, cooler, chairs, snorkels. Loved having a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool was pristine. The community was super neat & tidy. Quiet, easy access to all the amenities…private beach basically right next door with its own gate access. It’s in a great location. Perfect in fact. Close to the airport and Costco. We drove just ten minutes from the condo to get into the town area where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars and the popular beach parks. Wailea Beach is only 15 min drive, which has a great walking trail along the beach. You will NOT be disappointed at this condo. We will definitely come back to this one.
