Family-friendly holiday rentals in Charlotte Harbor

Beautiful historic home ! Loved the wrap around porch and the hot tub. Great shower ! Loved the coffee and wine and cozy blankets on the couch . Wish we could have stayed longer . Lots of space ! Close to downtown fort Myers

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

Stayed 4 nights at Lisa and Roberts place. Home was clean and had all necessary amenities plus bonus things like spices, cooking oils/sprays and coffee. Not to mention the beach items like ice chest, chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize, but there were also kayaks and bikes in the garage. Hosts were quick to respond and were always friendly. For example, when we arrived the lockbox was missing and there was no key, but we were still able to enter using the provided garage door code. Within about 20 minutes after notifying them about the lockbox, Robert arrived to replace it. By then we had found the key sitting in a bowl at the kitchen desk, so we were able to place the key in the lockbox upon check out. A/C was nice and cool, hot tub and showers were nice and warm, pool was refreshing. So happy for the screened in Lanai to keep the bugs out of the pool area. The neighborhood and very quiet. This is the second time my family has stayed at Connie & Dale’s. We absolutely love it. The home is gorgeous and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor patio area and pool/ jacuzzi is amazing. So beautiful and relaxing. Will definitely be back !

What a beautiful place to stay! It was so comfortable and quiet. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome! We were 10 minutes from anything we needed. Great location and pleasant owners. They quickly responded to any of our questions. Would definitely reserve again.

This was a great “home base” for our event at the Heitman House. It was nearby and walkable, with plenty of space for all our guests. The house and backyard were excellent for hosting meals and hangouts, and the place was really well-stocked, making it feel like home and not a random rental. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens, including lots of extras so despite being at full capacity for days we didn’t need to go without. I really appreciated the amount of bath and pool towels that were provided! The hosts were responsive and had anticipated many of our questions and needs. Details like the kitchen having multiple coffee makers, and extra bug spray & beach chairs were nice touches.

We enjoyed our stay in North Port! It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is beautiful and the home comes with all the essentials! We would like to stay again! Thank you! Gary & Lu H.

Very niece location with easy walk to great restaurants. This home was private and well taken care of. Very kind hosts who were accommodating. Loved the private patio area.

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and loved watching the canal from the pool. On our last day we saw an iguana on the boat dock. The girls loved looking for baby geckos around the house and swimming. The fenced in area for the dogs was perfect. Additional beach items located in the garage to use. We will definitely stay with Vesteva again!

We spent the month of March at this home and enjoyed the experience. With only solar heat we were afraid we wouldn’t use the pool but it was great and enjoyed lots of floats. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area and beautiful canal views. Everything looked like the pictures. We loved the quiet neighborhood too

The Duplex was very, very clean. The Charging Station located on the leather sofa was a wonderful extra benefit! Doris was quick to respond to the beeping smoke alarm at the time we checked into the Duplex. Another unexpected plus included the LED lighting on the King Bed headboard! The duplex is on a quiet street but also quick & easy access to a main highway. We were very pleased with our stay and will consider staying here next time.

We spend two happy and relaxed weeks in Angelika‘s house. The location is perfectly located among nature, parks, beaches and great shopping opportunities though a own car is highly recommended. Thank you Angelika! Dita & Franz, Switzerland

Had a great time at Michael’s little bungalow… Small, but definitely enough for my wife and I. Beach is a 2 minute walk down a tiny road directly across the street, perfect! I met Mike just after checking in because we had a little snag with the room… He came right by and remedied the issue. Great guy, great area, and nice quiet place to stay… Do not hesitate, a great Airbnb’r!

The home was very spacious and comfortable. Because I do a lot of cooking, I was grateful the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, baking glassware, and lots of cooking utensils. The rest of the house was also well-stocked--plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. The lanai area had plenty of seating and was a great area to hangout around the pool. We had family visit for a week and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. Jennifer was great to work with--good communicator, very knowledgeable and helpful.

We are snowbirds who stayed two months. Place is exactly as described. Clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, bed comfortable and location perfect. A very quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Host and property manager were both always very responsive when I contacted either of them. The pool was lovely and maintained well. I would definitely stay again if we come back to this area.

We had an amazing stay during March 2025, with sunny weather every day. Doug and Moe were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The accommodations were clean and quiet. Perfect location. Highly recommend for a memorable experience. We had our kids and grandkids stay with us for a week and the home was able to accommodate all of us for a wonderful spring vacation. Will be back to stay again in the future.

I had a few questions at the beginning and Gregg responded promptly. The house was neat and tidy, loved the quietness of the neighborhood. We enjoyed the wildlife I even brought my binoculars lol, The kids & I got to see a baby gator. We enjoyed the pool and the weather was great. Definitely will be back… Thank you

Our stay at Matt‘s place was wonderful. The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The lanai and the pool was so welcoming! We spent a lot of time out there. It was so peaceful to sit in the chairs by the canal and enjoy the surroundings. I will definitely be back.

Great place to stay on the Bay. The golf was a short walk and was beautiful. Walking distance to several restaurants. My husband was able to catch fish off the dock. Our host, Dave had excellent communication. Thank you for the great time!

This was our first time in Venice, and first Airbnb. The house and location were great! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. The 2 full beds in one room weren't as comfortable as the other 2, but were okay for our kids! The bikes all had flat tires and the pump was broken, but as soon as I contacted James he ordered a new pump on Amazon & it was delivered 2 days later! James was very responsive to every question I had! We will definitely be going back!
