Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Charlotte Harbor

Ronnie’s house was awesome! We brought our boat over and it was just a quick ride to open water. The kids loved the pool when we went in the boat. House was spotless and very nice! Ronnie was very quick to answer and checked on us every day during the stay. Don’t hesitate on booking. You will be happy you did!

This home was amazing the outside pool area was so clean and relaxing and easy to start the Jacuzzi and so many games and activities to play. the beds were so comfy and the owners respond so fast we'll definitely stay here again

We had a fantastic stay and immediately felt right at home. The house was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was especially impressive—well-stocked with high-quality appliances, including both a Nespresso and an espresso machine, which we enjoyed! The backyard was a true oasis, complete with a pool and hot tub—perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. My family loved swimming daily, and the screened enclosure was a great bonus for keeping the bugs away! The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, ideal for our daily walks. It was also incredibly convenient to have Publix and Aldi just a few blocks away. We loved being in such a welcoming and well-kept community. The home was a perfect fit for our family of four, offering plenty of space and comfort. We’re already looking forward to returning to North Port and exploring more of the area! Oleg was a wonderful host and I would absolutely recommend his home to friends and family!

This place was perfect for our family. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. It was easy to locate, close to restaurants and shopping , Sheerley was very responsive and helpful. There were toys for the pool, extra chairs for the yard and beach and even a cooler we could use. I would 10/10 stay again. Mattresses looked brand new. I loved that there were high locks on the pool doors so my young granddaughter couldn’t get into the pool without supervision. Check out was easy and required minimal work on our part.

My family of 6 absolutely loved this home! The pool was a nice addition to our fun at night. We really liked the outdoor grill area. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely book this house again!

The home was not only nice but also incredibly comfortable, with every detail meticulously thought through to enhance our experience. From the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen, it felt like a true home away from home. The home was very clean. The pool is wonderful and warm, and if you’re a fan of jacuzzi, you’ll appreciate the sweet addition. The house patio is really nice and relaxing. The area is quiet. Tom, the host was quick in communication, making sure we had everything needed during our stay.

As a Floridian who travels frequently and has been in a lot of rentals across the state, I was very impressed with Maria's place. The house was welcoming from the second you walk in. Maria has beautifully decorated every room, very unique Floridaesque pieces, down to the hand towels. Although it was just my daughter and me, I imagine this would be plenty of space for a bigger family. The backyard is amazing; I loved walking around and looking at the landscape. Even though there is a busy road nearby, it felt very secluded. Even though we ended up not bringing our dog, we enjoyed feeding our fish friends every day. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Nice central location, we took day trips to Sanibel and Boca Grande to ride our bikes, visited the Edison/Ford estate in Ft Myers. It was nice to relax in the pool/hot tub after returning "home" at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone looking for a rental.

5 stars! We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless and very well-equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen supplies to extra towels. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely highlights; perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. It was also great to find a place that’s truly pet-friendly—our dog felt right at home. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed 4 nights at Lisa and Roberts place. Home was clean and had all necessary amenities plus bonus things like spices, cooking oils/sprays and coffee. Not to mention the beach items like ice chest, chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize, but there were also kayaks and bikes in the garage. Hosts were quick to respond and were always friendly. For example, when we arrived the lockbox was missing and there was no key, but we were still able to enter using the provided garage door code. Within about 20 minutes after notifying them about the lockbox, Robert arrived to replace it. By then we had found the key sitting in a bowl at the kitchen desk, so we were able to place the key in the lockbox upon check out. A/C was nice and cool, hot tub and showers were nice and warm, pool was refreshing. So happy for the screened in Lanai to keep the bugs out of the pool area. The neighborhood and very quiet. Jesus's place was awesome! The home was clean and super comfortable. We made many meals and his place had everything we needed! We fished off the dock and caught several big channel catfish. The neighborhood was so peaceful and relaxing. We went to his recommended beach spot 2 days in a row and had such a great time. Ate at Riviera Bar and Grill and the atmosphere was a perfect ending to our trip. Would 10/10 be back to stay at Jesus's place!!

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.

This was the best house we’ve ever rented and will definitely rent again. Dorcia is the perfect host and the house is absolutely beautiful. Communication was quick and precise. We had everything we needed inside the house and on the lanai. The lanai is set up perfectly and we spent most of our days and nights in the pool. At night, we turned the pool lights and the white string lights on while listening to music on the tv. Every night was perfect and so relaxing. The master bedroom is a dream with a comfy king sized bed, double walk-in closets, and the gorgeous walk-in doorless shower. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house which gave all of us our own space. It’s an easy drive to all the restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Thank you, Dorcia, for a wonderful stay and we will definitely rent again.

I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!
