So modern and beautiful! The location was peaceful. A perfect stay with our pup. It was well stocked with everything we could’ve needed. Exceeded our expectations and would absolutely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

An exceptional place!!! Beautifully decorated with every amenity you would need. The huge front porch afforded us and our pups the joy of a stunning water view and pretty sunsets. The home is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a gorgeous kitchen. The large windows let us enjoy every aspect of the pretty view. We got to walk everywhere and were able to enjoy the many local restaurants near by. We even got some fishing done right across the street in the riverfront. The host was very kind and responsive. We truly loved our stay and appreciated that our pups were allowed to join us! Hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful visit to the Port Charlotte area. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, well stocked, and relaxing. The sofa, screened porch, pool, view of water, large tvs, and view from kitchen window were my favorite amenities. The host thought of everything. When we had questions, the host responded and resolved. I would highly recommend this house. I actually fantasized about buying the house and moving in ❤️. I absolutely no complaints. I wish you great success and maybe, we will see you again one day. Thank you for everything!!

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Great place looked exactly like the listing, well appointed kitchen! Good location near many amenities. Only thing that would have made it better if there were beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach.
