Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

We offer quietly situated accommodation on the 6th floor in a private bedroom with a balcony that has a very nice view of a garden. The apartment is 10 minutes away from Berlin Central Station (on foot). There are also several transport options such as bus line 245 and bus line 187 (right next to the apartment). Bus line 245 runs around Berlin. The apartment is central and allows the best Berlin experiences.
