Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

The duplex apartment has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Composed of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 air-conditioned bedroom and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 3 people. Its private outdoor area includes an open terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The vacation apartment is 5 minutes from Mercado Charneca and several supermarkets, 10 minutes from the entire coast, and 15 minutes from Lisbon. It is the 3rd exit of the A33.

La Cabane Caparica is a small 60m2 wooden house with a beautiful 300m2 private garden in the middle of a 30-hectare umbrella pine forest overlooking the magnificent beaches of Costa da Caparica.
