Small house in the heart of the Charolais region

Old bread oven carefully renovated in the heart of the Charolais. (kitchen/living room, bedroom, and toilet/shower). Peaceful and quiet with a private outdoor space to have a meal and relax. The bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm bed. This cottage is an outbuilding of the owner's house, who resides on site. The village of Charolles is accessible by the greenway, 15 minutes on foot. A dynamic and modern city, but also known for its history and heritage.

Carefully renovated forest house located 5 minutes from the city center of Charolles, 15 minutes from Paray le Monial. This location will allow you to explore the area, its many cultural and historical sites. On the edge of the Charolles state forest, you can observe the local fauna and flora that surround you and stroll on foot or by bike and reach the Maupré spring. The house has a spacious and enclosed garden.
