Delightful little Provencal farmhouse with private pool, very quiet in a hamlet in Drôme Provençale 10 km from Grignan. Overlooking vineyards and a beautifully landscaped garden, this old small mill, completely restored and air-conditioned, is composed of: - On the ground floor: entrance to living room, open kitchen, back kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom - On the 1st floor: a second bedroom and a second bathroom.
