It is equipped with reversible air conditioning, pellet stove and has a private courtyard. Located on the 1st floor, not overlooked and very quiet (at the back of the lively street), a bakery is located in front of the doorstep and many restaurants nearby. Rate adapted to the number of guests. (+ €20 per night for more than 2 guests)

Le studio se trouve à l’étage de notre maison, avec entrée indépendante (escalier extérieur neuf avec marches anti glisse). Vous pourrez garer votre voiture dans la cour ou le parking à proximité s'il n'y a plus de place dans la cour. Notre maison est proche des commerces, d’un arrêt de bus, de l’autoroute A71 de Bourges (10-15 minutes) et de la gare de St Florent sur Cher. Nous louons aussi une chambre qui se trouve sur le même palier (voir Chambre dans maison privée sur Airbnb)

Charmant studio de 42 m2 entièrement refait à neuf, pour 2 personnes, situé en plein centre ville d’Issoudun. Le logement est proche de l’église Saint-Cyr ainsi que de la Tour Blanche. Vous trouverez une cour extérieure de 8m2 vous permettant de profiter des journées ensoleillées notamment le jacuzzi à votre disposition ainsi qu’une plancha et barbecue. Plusieurs commerces se situent à proximité. Veuillez noter que le jacuzzi n’est pas utilisable de novembre à mars.
