This typical and very old Morvan building offers you the cozy comfort of its 122 m2 living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. A fully enclosed garden/courtyard with dining and/or relaxation area with deckchairs, which can also safely accommodate cars and/or motorcycles.

Quiet and freely located, where the two riches of the Morvan meet, water and forest. 50 meters from the Etang d'Yonne, which brings its water via a waterfall into the Yonne. Along the property "runs" the Grande Randonnée, GR13. You start the most beautiful walks from the front door!

BREAKFAST INCLUDED (very rare). The house is located in a very quiet small valley near the historic town of BEAUNE. From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. Perfect for a holiday in the countryside.
