Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Château-d'Oex

Le logement ainsi que les personnes qui nous ont reçu, ont parfaitement répondu à notre demande. La région est fabuleuse et c'est avec regret que nous avons quitté cette belle région. Merci à Nathalie et Fred pour leurs accueils et leurs disponibilités.

The appartment is exactly as described and very clean. It's part of a complex of rentals, with a ski school, sports material rental, bar and supermarket downstairs. It's got a great underground parking (additional cost) and ski lockers (included). The location is the best possible, just across the street from the telecabin. You basically put the skis on, take the elevator up, cross the street and you're there. And then you ski right back in. Something to note: the kitchen is furnished but empty, there's not even salt, pepper or cooking oil. There's no fondue or raclette sets, but you can rent these from the downstairs supermarket. The only thing we really missed was a hairdryer. But all of these can be easily fixed if you know in advance. Overall I warmly recommend this appartment due to it's fantastic location, its cleanliness and all the amenities in its very close vicinity. We spent a family ski vacation and we'll definitely be back.

You can't have better location in Martigny, with great sense of hospitality from the host. The room is large enough, quiet, and clean. Thank you. Will be back

Denis is a brilliant host. My daughter and I shared a twin room and it was ideal for our ski trip. During the day there is a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to and from Morzine. Later in the evening you can get an Uber back for 20ish euros. Will stay again if we return to Morzine!

I enjoyed my 5 day stay with Francine! Everything was great and Francine is a lovely and warm host. The location is perfect for skiing with Les mazots/les diablerets ski lift a short, easy walk away (even carrying ski equipment) and there is a stop for the bus to glacier3000 less than 2 minutes walk from the door. Merci beaucoup, Francine!

Séjour très agréable et confortable dans le chalet de Marie, avec 3 adultes et 2 enfants Marie est très accueillante et réactive. Et toujours prête à rendre service. Nous recommandons .

Einfaches aber zweckmässiges Zimmer, recht klein. Für eine Übernachtung bei einer Velotour tiptop. Es hat alles was man braucht. Gemütliches Zmorge, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Restaurant-Tipp: Hotel Diana bei Ried (10 Min zu Fuss), überdurchschnittliches Speisen- und Getränkeangebot und - wenn man Glück hat - spontane Jodeleinlagen anderer Gäste ...

I could not have asked for better hosts. Georg and Carol provided me with a very warm welcome into their home. Their tips on what to visit and recommended bike tour shaped the fantastic trip I had. They were very accommodating, making me feel like I was at home. I look forward to visiting them again.

Please read the instructions how to get there from the bus station, don’t do the same mistake as I did haha. Beautiful place and peaceful. The host is very attentive and calm. The view from the terrace is beautiful.

Notre séjour de deux nuits était parfait. Nous avons apprécié l'accessibilité du logement, l'équipement proposé. Le déjeuner servi était copieux et diversifié. Nos hôtes étaient d'une grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons ce logement à celui qui recherche du calme, une proximité avec le centre et la facilité pour partir skier.

Je tiens à remercier très chaleureusement Audrey pour l’accueil ! Nous avons eu la sensation d’être accueillis par toute la famille ! Le repas partagé était excellent. Ce sont de très belles personnes et nous repasserons avec certitude et grand plaisir un séjour dans cette auberge !

The location was perfect for me—right near tram stops, grocery stores, and lots of restaurants. It’s also very close to the hospital I trained at for several months, which was a huge plus for me. The hosts are some of the nicest people I’ve met. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of their family, yet still gave me the privacy I needed to relax. It's like staying in a home away from home. While you're living with them, you can enjoy your own space and rest without feeling crowded. One of the things I really loved was how they set up the bed and work area in different spaces. It might sound small, but having to climb a few stairs to get to my bed helped me draw a clear line between “work mode” and “rest mode.” It actually made me more productive during the day, and I slept so much better at night because of it. And the weekly cleaning with fresh sheets and towels? Such a nice touch. Honestly, I can’t say enough about how friendly and accommodating the hosts were!

Un grand merci pour l’excellent accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Chambre parfaite, pas très grande mais juste ce qu’il faut pour deux. Déjeuner top. On a eu de bon conseils pour notre sortie ski randonnée du lendemain, Marguerite et Beat étant également des passionnés de la nature, on a passé un bon moment ensemble.

Un buen sitio, limpio, buen desayuno, buenas zonas comunes, y a unos pasos de la estación del bus y muy cerca del centro. Me gustó mucho. Gracias

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was the most amazing stay, definitely in my top 3 of all time. The rooms were huge and beautiful. Le Rudli only opened in March and it shows. The place was clean, fresh and well maintained, the views of the mountains and lake Thun were breathtaking. The breakfast was incredibly tasty and such a variety of local organic ingredients used. The hosts Moni and Urs were wonderful, Moni goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. She even prayed for me as I was unwell. Its a magical place hidden away in Swiss nature. I could go on and on and on, I’d definitely come back and stay for longer. It felt sad to leave. Oh and the beds and pillows are the most comfortable ever, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. DO NOT HESITATE CLICK THE BOOK BUTTON AND BOOK IT NOW YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Perfect hosts and accommodation for exploring. I was a solo traveller and never felt alone. The atmosphere at breakfast was upbeat and chatty. The accommodation was immaculate. Sauna was a great bonus after a long day in the hills. All in all I would recommend this chalet and will definitely be back.

Christian & Patricia offer a welcoming stay at their cosy home. The walk to the ski lift is a little challenging as the chalet is up the hill and in the forest, however Christian kindly dropped us into town on our departure. The rooms are very comfortable and you have everything you need for a lovely stay. The two doggies are an added bonus as well as the homemade jam at breakfast. Thank you both for looking after us. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Estine en Claude. We werden ontvangen door Claude, hij was zeer vriendelijk en gaf ons goede tips voor eetgelegenheden in de buurt. De kamer was zeer proper en komt overeen met de de foto's!

Great service, very much frieldy person, helpfully and great location. She is a good person and very much supportive. Always offer for home made things for taste. Such a nice guesture. Never met such kind of host before. Will love to stay there again in future

Nous avons passé un temps très agréable dans un environnement magnifique et une vue sur le lac et les montagnes indescriptible. La gentillesse de l’accueil et les infos utiles fournies lors du séjour nous a été d’une grande aide. Petit déjeuner riche et sur la magnifique terrasse qui donne directement sur le lac. Très bel endroit. Le logement est très bien conçu et offre beaucoup d’espace de rangement et de commodité. Un grand merci! Nous recommandons vivement.
