This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
