Looking for a cottage between the sea and the countryside? We will be delighted to host you in our recently renovated cottage, for 12 people, in Champ Saint Père (Vendée). La Chatelardière

Our fully renovated gite can accommodate 4 or 6 people. It features: 1 living room with open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining room with billiards table, 1 shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds and a dressing room. A terrace with an awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, and a shed with a toilet and shower. A garden with a swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to the end of September), swing, ping-pong table and boules court.

Peaceful and centrally-located place. 3 stars Gîte de France, 3* Clé Vacances Close to a river, the Smagne, this Gîte is conveniently located for a stop to fish or to rest 10 minutes from Luçon, 30 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer, 45 minutes from La Rochelle, Puy du Fou or 1 hour from Les Sables-d'Olonne. Within a perimeter of about 30 km you will find activities such as Indian Forest, O Gliss Park, O'Fun Park, the Forest of Mervent and its zoo or the Pierre Brune Park, beaches etc.

Atypical lake house

Take it easy at this unique and particularly tranquil getaway with exceptional views of Lake Marillet and our swimming pool. Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

Independant flat on a farm.

At the back of our farmhouse we have renovated a 2 room flat with its own entrance. A big shower, separate toilet and a folding sofa with a thick matress will help you relax in the calm of the Vendee countryside. A second double bed is available in our Gypsy caravan. Puy de fou 50min, O'Gliss Park and Indian Forest at 15 min, Beaches 40min, La Rochelle 1h, Nantes 1h, shops 5min, vallée de l'Yon 5min. Lots of possibilities for walks and cycle rides from the house.

Divided into three cottages, including 2 connecting, you will have the opportunity to meet all together in the 40 m² living room of the Primevère cottage to share memorable moments. Guests can enjoy a barbecue and a garden table for alfresco dining. 15 m from La Roche-sur-Yon and 45 m from the beaches and Puy du Fou!

Less than 10 minutes from the ocean. Newly built, bathed in light, and fully air-conditioned, this villa has been lovingly designed and carefully decorated to welcome simple moments and great memories. For a truly luxurious experience, everything is included: beds are made, and towels are provided. All consumables are included. Le Bernard is a small, peaceful village 15 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer and 25 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne.

Ideally located in the heart of the Vendée, the "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" cottage welcomes you in a green setting, with views of the fields just 200 m from Lac de la Vouraie. Close to major highways (A83 and 2x2) and halfway between the Vendée beaches and Puy du Fou, its ideal location will allow you to access many activities quickly. The "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" gîte is an old farmhouse of 150 m², renovated with exposed stones and beams.
