Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Châteauneuf-Grasse

We had an amazing stay at Erwan’s villa. The property is beautiful and larger than it seems from the pictures. The grounds are immaculate and spacious, and we loved the pool and fire pit areas. Thank you!

Nous tenons à remercier Benjamin pour la merveilleuse semaine que nous avons passée dans sa maison cet été, car nous avons pu nous retrouver avec mes enfants, mes parents et mes grands-parents. En effet, la maison offre plusieurs unités, ce qui est idéal pour se retrouver en famille. L'intérieur est climatisé et très fonctionnel. La piscine au sel est bien entretenue et sécuritaire, elle a été un véritable atout pour nos journées ensoleillées. Nous avons également adoré la variété de jeux et d'activités disponibles, tant pour les enfants que pour les adultes, comme le ping-pong, la pétanque, le tir à l'arc et les balançoires... L'emplacement est très bien, à seulement 15 minutes du Polygone Riviera et à 2 minutes d'un grand Intermarché et d'une boulangerie... Enfin, l'écoute et la bienveillance de Benjamin ont été très appréciées. Il a su répondre à nos besoins et a été très réactif tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison !

Cindy’s place was lovely - the photos don’t do it justice, beautiful surroundings and great (heated) pool. The space felt right for what we needed with ample kitchen supplies, comfy bed and a TV with lots to choose from. Few things to note - her two dogs are very friendly and attentive, definitely don’t book unless you are a fan of dogs. We had a couple of issues with the toilet flush not working - she was very responsive and it didn’t matter too much as we were out quite a lot. The shower also was quite slow to drain but again this didn’t impact our stay. We really enjoyed our visit and Cindy and her lovely family were welcoming, helpful and conscious of privacy - it almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. It’s up a gorgeous country road accessible by car or taxi. Thank you Cindy!

Beautiful old Mas house with a wonderful pool which my grandchildren loved. Despite being in town the garden is really private with some lovely plants. The house is well equipped with plenty of rooms and appliances. Most importantly all worked. We arrived as a power-cut affected the whole area from Nice, across to Cannes and up to Grasse. Finding ourselves without phone or internet (all down) we managed to find the house, parked our car leaving a note for Christine. Christine was there to greet us as planned and thoroughly explained the house, contents, appliances etc. She responded immediately the next morning when one of the electric circuits tripped taking down the internet and electric gates (probably due to the power cut) and so prevented a crisis. Nous avons loué la maison pendant 15 jours 5 adultes et 2 enfants, nous avons passé un super sejour, voisinage tres calme , superbe vue de la terrasse, grande piscine, pas de vis-à-vis, la region est tres belle, des tres beaux villages a visiter, Seillans est un tres beau village, une supérette juste en bas de la maison. Dans la maison tout est accessible, dommage il manque un micro-onde. Les propriétaires sont accessibles et tres gentils.

The charming and comfy cabin is located wonderfully away from the streets in the hills, causing it to be super quiet and you to feel directly connected to the nature. The view is absolutely fantastic. You feel directly relaxed, especially while sun bathing on the patio in the deck chairs. The entire cabin styling is very sophisticated and beautifully decorated. The cabin itself was very clean. Sufficient towls (5 per person in different sizes) were provided, in addition to mosquito nets over the beds. The contact with the hosts was great and always helpful with a lot of tips for ventures and eating out in the region. If we are ever coming back to the Cote d'Azur, this is going to be our number one place to stay.

Große Wohnung, viel Platz auch für Kleidung. Geoffroy hat ein Faible für Geräte, entsprechend fehlt es weder in der Küche noch in der Wohnung an Zubehör. Danke auch für die vielen Verbrauchsmaterialien. Von Gewürzen über Getränke, Lebensmittel, Kaffee, Tee, Reinigungsmittel bis Toilletenpapier war alles da. Leider funktionierte die Waschmaschine nur eingeschränkt (das Display war nur im Dunkeln und auch dann schlecht zu lesen, was bei einer Fremdsprache schon eine Herausforderung für uns war). Für die Stechmücken gab es gute Geräte und Mückenschutz (allerdings nicht im Schlafzimmer 1). Trotz dieser minimalen Einschränkungen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Boulouris ist gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Geoffroy ist hilfsbereit, schnell erreichbar und unkompliziert.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Guy. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition de produits de première nécessité à notre arrivée et de jouets pour nos petits enfants . L appartement dispose de 2 belles terrasses et d’une cuisine bien équipée . Le centre est à 10 mn à pieds . La gare n est qu’ à 4 /5 mn ce qui est appréciable. Nous remercions Guy et Amanda de leur accueil et espérons avoir l ´occasion de revenir.

We loved our stay at Miriam’s, from the warm welcome and help with parking. The accommodation was spacious, stylish and very clean. Beautiful views and friendly, generous hosts. Wonderful location, a few minutes walk from old town, Vence is gorgeous. Miriam and her husband were wonderful hosts, I’d definitely stay again.

Normally I am not writing any feedbacks. So just summing it up. It is a really good location, clean, calm and large enough to spend some good days there. I'll definately book it again.

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

Vanessa è disponibile, risponde rapidamente ai messaggi. .Ha esaudito tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è ampia, luminosa ed arredata con gusto. La vista è spettacolare. Ottima l'accoglienza.

Nathalie est une hôte très amicale. Le logement est très agréable et très bien situé à proximité immédiate du port de Santa Lucia (que l on voit d ailleurs depuis le balcon). Un parking sécurisé en sous sol complète le logement. La résidence est sécurisée et très bien fréquentée. Pas de bruit la nuit, residents principalement retraités. Le logement de Nathalie est parfait pour un couple et très bien équipé, il y a même une plancha sur le balcon terrasse. Vraiment rien à dire. Il y beaucoup de restaurants sympas au port de Santa Lucia mais également des petits commerces dont pizzas à emporter. Attention, à l instar de nombre de résidences, la piscine n ouvre que début juin, il est en revanche possible de prendre le soleil sur la "plage" de celle-ci. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

This apartment was fantastic. The location was ideal: literally a 30 second walk to restaurants and bars, and a 5 min walk to the tram that goes to the train station. Everything was clean and detailed instructions for using appliances was provided. For families, this apartment works very well. Muriel and George’s provided a child bed (our 4 year old chose the sofa bed). Two things to note are the noise, which we didn’t mind because of the great noise insulted windows and some ear plugs, and the large garbage bins 15-20 feet right from the front door of the building (we just always went left). Given the perfect location and comfort of this apartment, we’d undoubtedly stay here again.

Tout s’est très bien passé, nous avons profité d’un endroit paisible et reposant pour bien démarrer ce long week end férié. Nous recommandons ce logement ☺️ Merci de votre accueil !

Eine sehr süße, kleine Hütte mit einem richtig coolen, originellen und märchenhaften Design. Für eine Nacht zu zweit ganz charmant, wenn man etwas Ausgefallenes ausprobieren will oder mal eine Tiny-House-Experience erleben möchte. Für einen längeren Zeitraum wäre das nichts für uns, da es schon recht eng ist und dafür der Preis auch nicht gerade günstig. Achtung, wenn man größer ist, mein Partner (1,85m) hat sich mehrmals an den abschüssigen Decken den Kopf angestoßen! Der Campingplatz und die Gastgeber sind aber große Klasse! Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und offen. Man kann für den nächsten Morgen auch Brot und Backwaren vorbestellen und bekommt morgens einen Kaffee. Und nicht verpassen bei den süßen Tieren vorbeizuschauen!!! Es gibt viele Hühner, Ziege, Schwein und Esel!

Excellent séjour dans un lieu atypique. Pierre est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique et toujours aux petits soins.
