Ivan’s flat is perfectly located in Antibes. You are literally 10 minutes walk from the beach, and it is absolutely easy to get around. If you come by car, you can easily leave your care on the tiny street and you won’t have to worry about it. The flat itself is very clean, you can find anything you need :) Air conditioning is a big plus as well, especially when you’re visiting in the summer ;) Highly recommended!!

Notre séjour chez Chantal s’est très bien passé. Chantal et son mari sont des hôtes chaleureux et attentionnés. Le logement, attenant à leur maison, était parfait pour quelques jours de télétravail. En franchissant le portail, nous avons été accueillis par le parfum délicat des jasmins en fleurs dans leur magnifique jardin… un vrai plaisir ! À noter, comme précisé dans l’annonce, des frais de ménage sont appliqués bien qu’un nettoyage soit demandé avant le départ. La connexion Wi-fi est suffisante pour un usage quotidien mais parfois un peu juste pour les appels vidéo ou le travail sur ordinateur. Merci encore pour cet agréable accueil !

Grand logement fonctionnel situé dans un quartier calme, idéal pour un séjour en famille. Belle piscine privée dans la résidence. Marc est réactif et accueillant, nous recommandons fortement ce logement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

Sarah est une hôte sympathique et réactive. L'appartement est facile d'accès, propre, avec une belle terrasse.

Haley hat uns persönlich und sehr freundlich empfangen. Die schöne Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und hat eine perfekte Lage für ein Aufenthalt in Nizza. Der luftige Balkon und die gute Klimaanlage machen die Wohnung auch bei Hitze perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed with Anne-Marie for 5 nights. The place was amazing and her and Andre took great care of us. I got tree sap on my shorts one day and they cleaned them for me because I was having trouble. The fridge had some essentials to get us started in our stay and they gave us eggs as well one day. They were great people who were very kind and helpful.

Amazing location! Beautiful and clean apartment equipped with all you need for a vacation in Nice. Would definitely recommend. :)

What a fabulous stay in this wonderful flat, perfectly located in Antibes' old town, beautifully furnished, with everything that is possibly necessary, decorated with style, you instantly feel on holidays. The vibes and energies are great. Warmly welcomed by Thierry himself, who remains available to help out. There's literally everything needed to enjoy in and around the apartment. Thierry is simply great, very patient, super kind, an adorable host that makes you feel welcome and at home! We definitely recommend and can't wait to return!

Super accueil chaleureux de Christiane, René et la petite Lola ! L'extérieur est magnifique et l'espace totalement privatif piscine/cuisine d'été est idéal pour se rafraîchir et se détendre en toute intimité. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours en voiture (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, ...) ; le centre du village et le supermarché sont littéralement à 5 min à pied du logement. Merci pour cette parenthèse idyllique !

Pour notre séjour , Andrée nous a accueilllie facilement et restant a notre disposition . L'appartement est vraiment au Top décoré par la main de l'artiste .Appartement tres calme propice au repos et à la recuperation.Juste pour finir n'hésitez pas a y aller nombreuses ballades autour et aussi visite du village de greolieres, Sa magnifique eglise et aussi ses restaurants et puis vous pouvez aller a greolieres les neiges , petite station de ski familiale et sympathique.Merci Andrée

Sandra und Mauro sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir fühlten uns direkt aufgehoben. Einen besseren Check in kann man sich garnicht vorstellen. Wir wurden empfangen,uns wurde alles erklärt und wir fühlten uns aufgehoben und sicher. Sandras und Mauros Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich super gewesen. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber, man hatte alles was man brauchte und und die Aussicht von der Terasse ist überwältigend!

Alles perfekt bis auf zwei Kleinigkeiten: 1. Ich wurde nicht informiert das die Haushälterin extra kostet und nicht inkl. war. 2. Die Aussenmöbel wie Liegestühle am Pool und generell die Poolarea könnte aufgefrischt werden. Sowie das WC am Pool. Bitte beachten das der Rest einwandfrei perfekt war. Diese 2 Punkte beeinflussen den ganzen Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht. Lediglich als Feedback um das maximum herauszuholen. Sonst perfekt, Charles hat uns auch früher einchecken und auschecken lassen. Definitv würde ich wieder kommen.

Excellent séjour dans la location de Jérôme, tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez encore mieux que chez vous. Brigitte, sa maman qui m'a accueillie est super gentille et serviable. j'ai passé un agréable séjour avec mes deux chiens, super heureux aussi de pouvoir gambader dans ce grand terrain boisé et de faire des balades pour découvrir les bories et de beaux villages du Var. Que du bonheur !

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und haben die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Erkundungen des Filmfestivals gebucht. Ich kann mich nur den vielen Bewertungen hier anschließen: Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar! Man kommt rein und hat sofort das Mittelmeer-Feeling mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer und - bei klarem Wetter- sogar die fernen Berge. Man möchte vom Essen auf der Terrasse oder dem Sonnenbad am wunderschönen Pool gar nicht mehr aufstehen. Auch der Empfang durch Aimée war sehr herzlich und hätte es welche gegeben, dann sind wir uns sicher, dass wir uns jederzeit mit Problemen hätten an sie wenden können. Der Platz ist für 10 Personen absolut ausreichend, in der Küche ist alles soweit vorhanden. Da sich die Zimmer in unterschiedlichen Gebäuden befinden, muss man bei getrennten Unternehmungen gut mit den Schlüsseln planen. Wenn man die Gegend, egal ob alleine oder als Gruppe :-), erkunden möchte, dann kann man innerhalb von 10 Minuten die Bushaltestelle erreichen

Fantastic place and hosts! We got in very late (1am) due to delayed flights. Nonetheless the hosts were communicative, friendly, and patient. Greeted us at the gate upon arrival even though it was so late at night. The garden outside is magical. The kids loved playing there, seeing the fish pond and plants and pet rabbit. The location is excellent for walking to a nearby beach club or public beach. It’s also super quiet at night, important for light sleepers like my wife. The place is charming, well set-up, beautifully decorated, a pleasure. Thank you for having us!!

studio bien situé à côté de lignes de bus. plage située à 5 mn à pied. Roland a ete très agréable et réactif à nos demandes. parking privé pour une voiture. Et pour clore une belle terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur mer.

Lovely flat in a quiet residential area, a short walk away from the centre of Cannes. Flat is spotless and full of the creature comforts required for an enjoyable stay in Cannes. Excellent host, responsive and proactive and very friendly. The off road parking is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Konaklama gerçekten ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi karşıladı. Araba ile seyahat ettiğimiz için eve air bir park yerinin olması önemliydi. Fakat kapalı garaj oldukça dar bir alana sahip. Eğer park etme konusunda tereddütlü biriyseniz bu süreç sizi gerebilir. Benim şansım eşimin profesyonel bir sürücü olmasıydı. Bunu göz önünde bulundurmanızı tavsiye ederim. Evin konumu çok iyi. Şehrin merkezine 13 dkda yürüyerek inebiliyorsunuz. Ana caddede güvenlik açısında sorunsuz. Evin içi ahşap dekor ve düzenlemelerle dolu bir ev. Ahşap olması biraz koku açısından hassasiyet doğuruyor. Ben hassasiyetim olan biriyim bu sebeple bunu farkediyorum. Takılacak biri değilseniz gayet güzel. Otel profesyonelliğinde yaklaşım var. Beyaz çarşaflar ve havlu takımları temizdi. Sadece birkaç yerin tozu görünen şekilde alınmıştı :). Çıkış işlemi için önce garajdan arabanızı çıkartıp anahtarları tekrardan eve bırakmalısınız. Bu durum biraz zorlayıcı ve vakit kaybettiriyor. 20dk üzeri bu işlem sürüyor pratik gelmedi.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. L’appartement est très bien équipé et propre. Il se situe à 15-20mins en bus et 30-40mins à pied de la croisette. Nicole et Valérie sont très réactives et accueillantes. Merci !

A great flat just same as picture even better in person. Proactive hosts and frequently texted me to make sure everything. Loved the pool for residents. Sadly didn’t have chance to go to a beach close by. But it wasn’t good location if you don’t have car. Spent much money and time for the buses and train. Took 20mins by walk to go to Antibes station. And sometimes 620 bus comes every 30minutes/1h from Nice after evenings. But calmer and private place. It was a great deal. Highly recommended if they have a car even if you don’t, still a good deal.
