Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Châteauneuf-les-Martigues

Really attentive and proactive host, checking everything was OK during our stay- probably the best I've had on Airbnb - and clear instructions for checking in and out. Easy to access with a late arrival, as the keys are in a lock box. All exactly as per photos and very comfortable. Walkable in about 20 mins from main train station, if you are taking the airport bus and very close to the Old Port which we wanted. I would agree with someone else's comment about the 2nd bedroom loft space - you might need to be careful with the steps up for young children, same with elderly people but you can see the steps in the photos and you can easily swap bedrooms if you need. Definitely would stay here again, highly recommended.

What can I say? Absolutely the best experience using Air BNB with Brice as our host. He greeted us upon arrival, carried our bags to the 3rd floor and showed us the apartment and how everything functioned. He left us some fruits, drinks and snacks to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. His place was spotless. The unit is recently renovated and located no more than a 5 minute walk to Aix Historic district. The unit also has parking which is rare in Aix. Would highly recommend his place to anyone coming to Aix. He also met us when we checked out and offered to take our bags down for us. Just an absolute classy person. Michel is very responsive and flexible. Very good communication. Very clean accommodation and very comfortable bedding. Nothing else to say. The Nouailles district is very noisy and lively (inquire before booking), but very central location and close to everything (restaurant, old port, train station etc.). Attention - 5th floor without elevator access.

Very pleasant stay in Mathieu's accommodation. Everything matched the description, very clean apartment, very well equipped, close to the sea and close to the center. The terrace is a plus. I recommend it!

We are first time visitors to Cassis and were not sure of where to stay, we did not have a car and even if we did this was the perfect location, Close to everything, great being abe to look back at the port and see whats going on, yes it can be nosiy, but if you want quiet stay in the countryside. We felt right at home and quickly the Appt become ours to enjoy, The cooking facilities and equipment was top class and we had everything and more then we needed. Everything is in walking distance and all we needed we could get from the Market ( a Must do) and the local convenience stores had everthing we wanted, sure the supermarket which is a drive away would be cheaper, but really not that big a saving You get a complete feeling for the town from here and it was a week that we throughly enjoyed and would stay again Chonyucha was so helpful with tips and ideas and there booklet on recommendations was excellent, Julia was lovely and meet us on arrival and was vert helpful as well

Juliette’s property was exactly as described. A very comfortable apartment, decorated with a relaxed, restful theme in a brilliant location. A bottle of Rosé was left for us. The kitchen was well equipped including coffee capsules. The absolute standout feature was the terrace. Equally brilliant for morning coffee and aperitifs. Because the apartment is on the top (4th) floor facing away from the street below, it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Juliette is a generous property owner who has created a welcoming, comfortable home in the centre of Aix-en-Provence. Paid secure parking is available around the corner. Juliette is certainly a superhost. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights! Thank you.

Where to even start! Cyril is an AMAZING host and such an extremely kind and joyous person to talk to! We had great communication with check in/out, as well as he gave us recommendations as to what to do nearby when our original plans fell through! The kitchen was fully stocked with fresh juice, jams, and butter, as well as breakfast delivered to us each morning! This has been my favorite airbnb stay of all time, and really made for such a local feel to our trip. I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in AIX; my fiancé and I had such a great time and can’t recommend Cyril’s place enough!

This place is a real gem. It takes a little bit of work to get to as it is in an area with steep and narrow roads. Frédérique has great step by step instructions on how to access his place, but make sure you preview the route before you go! Do not use google maps to direct to the street address, instead follow the directions in the entry directions. The home and the calanque is gorgeous, and alive with activity with the sports club, divers, and a couple of fantastic restaurants. You could easily spend a day sitting on the balcony watching the small town of Niolon buzzing with activity. Frédérique was a top notch host communicating regularly to make sure we got in ok, and that we had everything we needed. I hope to return to this beautiful town some day!

Very comfortable, modern, very peaceful and quiet - but what stood out most was the incredible views, of the sea with homes and trees on a lovely slope, and the beauty and tranquility of the garden and pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is comfortable, well appointed and cute. Joel was helpful with local recommendations and we felt quite at home. Both beds were comfortable and the house was peaceful and well located. Laundry was a plus and the pool was wonderful. Highly recommend.

This villa was perfect!!!! We couldn’t have wished for anything more. It is a 15 minute walk down to the beach where we enjoyed morning dips but also close enough for coastal walks where more gorgeous coves can be fine! The villa is exactly as pictured and blew us away with how amazing it was!

Our stay at Anna’s place was great—the house is beautiful, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, walkable part of Marseille. The terrace and garden, with a pool, are lovely and perfect for relaxing. One thing to note: the neighbor’s dog occasionally came into the garden. While it was friendly, it’s a big dog that might not be ideal for guests who are uncomfortable around dogs.

Lovely and beautifully decorated house in a great location in Vitrolles, on a little historic street. Everything was clean and Serge was super easy to communicate and coordinate with, he was lovely and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

Brigitte and her husband are lovely❤️, helpful, discreet hosts, available by message and even in person since they live on site. It feels like home away from home. What can I say about the accommodation... 😱🥰 As in the photos, nice, extremely clean, very well equipped, cool in the shade of the pine trees, well equipped terrace with splendid view of the Tamaris cove, easy access to the beach. Very peaceful environment. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We loved it and will be back😍.

Very nice studio, well equipped, comfortable bedding! We had a 10-hour drive, the self check-in is really convenient. Virginie is very responsive in exchanges, which is appreciated. We recommend this accommodation, and if we return to the area, we will gladly rent it again!

Great location for visiting Cassis. The apartment is well laid out, well equipped and very pleasant for a stay for two. The only problem is the bell tower of the nearby church, which rings every hour even in the middle of the night and can annoy those who are not used to it and who like peace and quiet like us

It is perfect place to stay in Marseille, beautiful surroundings with beach nearby. Everything was clean. I would highlight the seating on balcony - very pleasant. There is bus station (10 minutes from apartment) from which you can go to the city centre.

Very sweet house. Everything you need is on site. Unfortunately, it is quite loud. Street and loud music is already very annoying in the long run. But overall it was great. Above all, the direct view of the sea ♥️

Very nice centrally located apartment with great amenities. Although the apartment is right by the ferry port, it is pleasantly quiet in the apartment. Bonus points for the very comfortable bed. Manuel was always available and welcomed us warmly :)
