Un balcon donnant sur la forêt et vue sur le lac, possibilité de faire des barbecues, Jolie salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Cheminée ( bois au supermarché) Cuisine équipée 1 chambre avec un lit 140x200 (ouverte sur le salon mais séparé par le mobilier) 2 lits 90x200 dans la pièce à vivre

Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Hébergement tout confort mitoyen avec les propriétaires : cuisine équipée, salon en mezzanine (TV et baby-foot), une chambre (lit 160×200), salle d'eau, WC, lave linge, salon de jardin, barbecue. Apartment located in the city center of Clairvaux-les-Lacs. It consists of an open-plan kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Ideal for two adults (possibility of having a baby bed and high chair on request). It is equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee maker (Tassimo), kettle, toaster, washing machine, WiFi. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed (sheets and bath linen provided). Ideally located close to shops, restaurants and the lake.
