Just 15 minutes from Lausanne, 30 minutes from Montreux (Riviera) or Les Paccots, 1 hour from Champéry and 1 hour 15 minutes from Verbier, in the municipality of Corcelles-le-Jorat, we welcome you in a charming outbuilding completely restored in 2016, with magnificent views of the Fribourg Alps. Today it is a charming cottage with an area of about 55 m2, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 4 people. We will welcome you in French, German, or English.

Just a 5-minute drive away, you'll find a wide range of shops and restaurants in the center of Les Paccots and in Châtel-Saint-Denis (for the more adventurous, a 30-minute walk!)

Transformed in 2015, this building, formerly an attic, has retained traditional architectural elements. A mixture of period elements, natural materials and modern comfort create a charming atmosphere. A warm home with a soul. Maximum sunshine thanks to its south-facing position. Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

The house is located above the village of Villeneuve, in a very quiet area, located a 20-minute walk from the train station. A car is highly recommended, we have a parking space. In Villeneuve, the docks, beach and nature reserve allow you to enjoy the lake and admire the mountains. Towards Montreux, the famous Chillon Castle is worth a visit. Swimming pool in Villeneuve. The Montreux Jazz Festival is held annually in early July.
