You have an F2 with balcony all to yourself, in a secure residence with private parking and independent entrance. Quick access to the N57, Epinal (10 min)/Nancy (40 min) axis. You have a supermarket a 10-minute walk away and are a short walk from the Inova 3000 area. The city center with many shops (restaurants, bars, hairdressers, etc.) is a 10-15 minute walk away. You will also be close to Wam Park, a nautical base with many activities and the Voie Verte.

Close to Wam Park, Inova 3000 and Epinal, 30 minutes from the Juvaincourt-Mirecourt car-motorcycle circuit, 40 minutes from Gerardmer. Bed linen and towels provided. The place was conceived as an intimate green bubble 5 minutes by car from the center of Epinal. The atmosphere is modern and relaxed: subdued lights, deckchairs, retro bathtub, bathrobes, slippers and private Nordic bath heated by wood fire. We eat well, local and in roomservice!
