What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Rachida and her husband are always concerned about the well-being of the people who rent their home, which is very clean and well maintained. They communicate a lot and easily as needed while knowing how to maintain discretion throughout the stay.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay in Versailles! The apartment is compact but beautifully finished and spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and cozy dining area. There’s a lovely seating area out back and all appliances worked perfectly. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and proactive, even offering early check-in. The welcome guide (in both French and English) was super helpful. Great location near the Château with a grocery store nearby. This was our favorite Airbnb in France—comfortable, well-run, and five stars all the way!

The best experience I've had on an Airbnb so far, Amandine and Sebastiane are super friendly and excellent hosts, upon arrival we were expecting a lot of surprises, from nespreso capsules, turrones, juices and even pudding for our baby. We had everything we needed for cooking. They also left us soap so we could do the laundry, which is so necessary on a trip. I could continue to list positive things in this apartment but there are other guests who already describe more things to perfection. If we ever get back to Paris without a doubt it will be our first choice. Thank you for everything!

Nathalie and Paul are really excellent hosts. They were always responsive and had given us recommendations for our queries. Also, they provided a child bath tub and high chair for our baby. The apartment was lovely and cosy with all the amenities you need just like you are at your own home. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. I would 100 percent recommend.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details safe for a future visit!
