Centrally located in Chatfield - about 20 minutes to Rochester and a stones-throw to many great Root River adventure areas! This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus plenty of off-street parking space. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

Beautiful 1913 4 bedroom 2 bath home with original woodwork just 12 miles (about 15 -20 minutes) from the Mayo Clinic and less than 10 minutes to the airport. The home backs up to a park with both trails and playground equipment. There is on and off street parking and from Nov 15 - March 15 includes 1 garage space. Fully furnished home with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. Main floor bathroom has a seated shower with handheld. I will provide a Mayo Clinic parking pass upon request.

This is a furnished apartment in a renovated church. One bedroom with a queen bed and large walk in closet on the lower level. A stairway takes you to an upper loft with three twin beds. Pack n play available and high chair too, upon request. Pets are welcome. Located a very short walk to Sylvan Park which has a wonderful playground. Plenty of counter space for a gathering. You’re welcome to park your bikes inside the apartment if you don’t mind bringing them up the exterior stairs. :)

My husband and I hand built the Hygge House with your comfort in mind. Bin There, Done That inspiration came from the television series "Texas Flip N Move." During one episode, an old grain bin was moved and repurposed into a home and from that Bin There, Done That was born. Here you will find a place to relax and refresh, a farming community surrounded by nature, good eateries, and local artisans. You can enjoy a variety of experiences and at the end of your stay you can say, "I've Bin There, Done That."
