Spa-like bath with double shower. Comfortable living room, bedroom and living room with cable. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our home. Dads John and Daniel and our daughter, Patsy welcome you and want to make sure you have a great stay. And don't worry, the toddler is asleep by 8 pm.

Distinctive 2-bedroom with lots of windows and light and a kind of shabby elegance. It's half of a Greek Revival house from 1900 on a country lane at the foot of the Berkshires. Enormous master bedroom with dressing room, 2nd bedroom with twin beds, lovely living room, separate dining room, full kitchen. Big covered front porch for eating outside, with grill, table and an acre of orchard outside too.

Located just outside historic downtown Coxsackie, this newly renovated suite in a 220 year old Greek Revival house is within easy walking distance to tiny downtown Coxsackie and its restaurants and shops. 25 minutes to Hudson, 45 min-1 hour to the Catskill Mountains. I live above and next door with my dog George. It’s an old house, with all attendant creaks and charms.

The room is light and airy with morning sun and the shade of the large front porch in the afternoon. This is a place to enjoy a meal or just lounge and relax with a view of the gardens and surrounding woods. This space features a private entrance, a kitchenette and full bathroom and very comfortable queen bed. In mid July 2024 we added air conditioning.
