L'appartement familial est traversant avec un balcon donnant sur un jardin avec 2 salles d'eau et 2 wc. + un parking privé et sécurisé. Idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 à 3 enfants ou télétravail. A 10 minutes du métro ligne 13 ou 5 minutes en tram, literie fournie et prête. Double séjour, grande chambre enfants (17m2) , suite parentale avec salle d'eau. Cuisine bien équipée. Un chat reste dans le logement (mais possibilité de l en sortir exceptionnellement). Elle est très sociable.
