It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Our gite L'Eloge des Bulles is a comfortable, friendly and quiet country house for 8 to 11 people with private parking in a closed courtyard, garden, terrace. Located in a village, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards near Epernay and Reims, it was fully renovated in 2025. Relax with the sauna and Jacuzzi (open year-round) and enjoy winter evenings by the fireplace. The shared swimming pool is accessible by booking time slots in the summer season.

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, within the Montagne de Reims Nature Park, about 13 km (8 miles) from Reims.
