In the heart of Arnay-le-Duc, 18th century bourgeois house with large garden. Gîte on the ground floor of the house, independent entrance. Kitchen, beautiful living room, 2 bedrooms , shower room, separate toilet. Sparkling and neat decoration. Parking in closed communal courtyard. On site, shops, restaurants, leisure center and beach. You can radiate to the Morvan Regional Park, the sights of Dijon, Saulieu, Fontenay, the vineyards of Beaune or the Roman remains of Autun.

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Please note - there is a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor - rented separately.

Bright Tiny House

Enjoy the light due to the big windows. The house offers a moment of peace. With a stroll through the woods and fields of the Morvan, and the benefits of Lake Pannecière. Visit Bibracte and the museum of Vercingétorix, the peaks of the Haut Folin, and the springs of the Yonne. The guests take care of the house, bring their own bedding and do the cleaning themselves. At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.

Perfect for a completely disconnected stay or teleworking: a comfortable cabin with stunning views of the Nièvre landscapes. Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.

Nice little house in the center of the village not overlooked. Away from the road, with a large lot, your children can go wild with their pets. This Morvandelle house is very simple with all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay in complete independence. You can enjoy nature in absolute calm. The lakes of Settons and Pannecière are close to enjoy the pleasure of water activities or fishing.

In the heart of Burgundy a luscious rural location offers views stretching as far as the eye can see! The perfect cottage to kick-back and relax! Exposed oak beams and enormous flagstones. Comfort and style in equal measure. Firewood provided (October- March) at €5 per day, please leave cash on day of departure. 10 minutes from supermarkets, bakeries, bistro and bars in Pouilly en Auxois.
