Bright Tiny House

It is a Tiny house, 20 m2, made entirely of wood, with a warm atmosphere. Upon entering you will find the living room with large windows, where there is a sofa bed and a wood stove. On the left is a kitchen area with a table. And on the right a small bathroom, with shower, enjoy the mosaic, and sink. Both with hot water. And with a compost. You go upstairs via a wooden staircase. There, under the roof, are two single beds, which can also be joined together. Only under the ridge is there headroom of 1.80 m! It can be uncomfortable if you have difficulty with hips or knees. The vision of caring, for each other, for the place where you are, is important to us. This means that the functioning of the house wants to radiate that. The guests take care of the house during the time they are there, and ensure that the house welcomes the next residents. They find the house as it was lovingly left. Everyone brings their own sheets and towels, and therefore does the cleaning yourself upon departure. We also invite you to leave a message in the guestbook, to share your experience and tips with future travelers. You may find flowers or little details left by previous guests, don't hesitate to do the same! We love the personal touch. It provides a warm welcome to the house.

Authentic detached gîte

Our detached house has a fantastic view. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.

Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation, located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, which will delight lovers of nature and sports (swimming, hiking, mountain biking, white water, fishing, mushrooms...). The gîte is located 6 km from Château Chinon where you will find the first shops. Autun is 30 minutes away and Nevers 66 km. Saint Honoré les Bains (thermal cure) is 28 km away. Lake Settons is 26 km away. Mont Beuvray (Bibracte archaeological site) is 28 km away.

Beautiful rustic house, with 1 ha of land, a pond (very often dry), and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families, or for wellness seminars (poor Wi-Fi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays for adults; it disturbs the neighborhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places for rejuvenation and creation, but also conducive to interaction. There you will find peace and quiet, with Lake Pannecière within walking distance and many hiking trails. Lake Settons is about a 30-minute drive away. Château-Chinon is 7 min. Beautiful interior spaces, the house has 2 bedrooms (upstairs) each with a mezzanine. An outdoor area with barbecue available. 🚭‼️

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you will be surrounded by nature. From the garden you overlook the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.), there is a bar/restaurant, and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddleboard. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.
