It is on the second story, sitting above the owner’s ceramics studio below. Cozy sheets, organic towels, a gorgeous kitchen with a diverse coffee bar & more. Nestled at the foot of Missionary Ridge just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Our guesthouse is in our spacious yard behind our home & includes it's own fire pit and seating area in it's side yard.

Downtown Urban Cottage

Built in 2020, the Urban Cottage was created for guests! The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a breakfast bar just off from a beautiful living room, offering plenty of comfortable seats accompanied by a smart TV. Both bedrooms offer queen sized, comfortable mattresses. Two gravel parking spaces available steps from the private entrance. This quiet little quest house is only 6 miles from Dayton. Five boat ramps are located within a 6 mile radius. We will do our very best to make your stay as enjoyable as we can and will provide contact information for cleaning or linen service at check in. There is plenty of room for a boat under the adjacent carport. Outdoor electrical is also available.
