It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

We had a great time. The place is a great value and I would stay there again.

This is the second time staying at this apartment so I must like it! Great location, good size for solo or couple, excellent location with lots within walking distance. Boonrat is a caring host who communicates quickly and clearly. At this location I did not need to take public transportation as everything in walking distance.Apartment though in a busy area is quiet and noise was rarely heard during my stay.

Had a great stay! The place was super clean, easy to find, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s a bit quiet in the immediate area, but a 20+ minute walk gets you to the heart of the city. The washing machine was really handy, and laundry dried quickly on the sunny balcony. Nearby restaurants are on the pricier side, which makes sense given the central, expat-friendly location. Only minor downside was the peak-hour traffic—if you're taking a Grab in the morning or evening, it’s worth walking a bit out to avoid jams (though traffic’s pretty bad all over during those times). Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped stay in a calm yet connected location!

great place to stay. has everything you need. and walkable to nearest market, street stalls, cafes and 7/11. very convenient to met train station or motorbike and taxi services. very close to shopping malls. host is very helpful and responsive. must try. highly recommend

I spent seven weeks in Bee's Studio. I found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable. However, I will note that since the studio is on the ground floor, some traffic from staff and other hotel guests should be expected. Included in the price was weekly cleaning and changing of sheets every two weeks. Convenience shopping and dining was no problem as there is a 7-Eleven just around the corner and lots of street food and restaurants and bars in the area. The nearest MRT metro station, Lumpini, is a little walk away but there is always the option of taking a motorcycle taxi. For those who like shopping, the new ONE Bangkok mall opened just a few months ago just across from the Lumpini MRT, and from there the "Central Park" of Bangkok, Lumpini Park, is just a short walk away. The staff was very forthcoming and helpful and I truly enjoyed my stay.

We have stayed at Trinity Complex a number of times when visiting Bangkok. Its location is excellent, and there are a number of very affordable restaurants in the market next to the accommodation. The apartment was spacious and the internet connection works really well. They deliver water and rubbish bags every day, and the 24 hour reception is perfect - they reception staff are always responsive and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.

We are two families of seven persons, we felt right at home. The accommodation is so spacious that we did not feel crowded at all with so many people. Hosts are very responsive, way above timely manners. I highly recommend this place. It’s huge though 😃

This property is located in the western area of Bangkok along the Chao Phraya River, outside the central business district but conveniently close to Bang Sue Grand Station by bus or taxi. Although it is not within walking distance to the MRT, you can easily call a Grab car or taxi to reach the nearest MRT stations with the cheap price. Typically, we recommend using Grab for its convenience, allowing you to pin your location from your mobile phone. You can order various types of foods and dining from Grab food. Additionally, you can enjoy a scenic boat ride from the nearby pier and market The townhouse is newly decorated, very nice, and clean. Located within an authentic Thai community, it offers easy access from the main street. The surrounding western area of Bangkok is rich with historical sites, temples, traditional Thai markets, cafes, restaurants, and boat sightseeing opportunities, providing a good atmosphere and new experiences. This property is ideal for travelers and families

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Benny was attentive, helpful, and kind—regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, with so many great local food options just steps away, and being right next to the BTS made getting around the city super convenient. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax, and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Been coming here for years and will continue to do so if Patchaya's place is available. There is a pleasant surprise every time I visit -- a new amenity or changed decor. The pictures are accurate and the location does not change, which is good. Although the building fronts a busy street, Patchaya's apartment is remarkably quiet and everyone is so nice and friendly -- residents and staff alike. The neighborhood has undergone change in recent years. I do miss some of the old Thai restaurants and shops. My favorite massage parlor and go-to restaurant are still down the street. A 7-11 is a block away. Many, many new restaurants that I haven't tried yet have popped up along the road going to the Huai Khwang MRT station and fresh market area. It is a good 10-15 minute walk although taxis and the local, inexpensive (eight baht each way) "red" bus (pick-up truck) are transportation options. I do love Patchaya's place. Great value for what are getting.

This space has all the comforts necessary to enjoy a stay in Bangkok. Everything in the apartment worked well, the place was clean, the kitchen stocked well enough to use, air con works well, and the layout of the space is amenable. It is not fancy; but it is utilitarian. Everything you could want to make yourself Comfortable. Very good value for the money, and very good attention from the host.

I'm business man from korea. I stayed at Benny's house for 4 days🙂 First of all, I had a very comfortable stay :) location is quiet. There are no buildings in front of the living room. cuz view is so nice🙂 It may feel far to Huai Khwang MRT, but there is a motorbike waiting at the apartment entrance that will take you there in 2 minutes for 20 THB 🙂 It's sooooooo exciting 🤣 The cleanliness and management were also good. Personally, compared to near the station or the center of Bangkok, it is very convenient, quiet, and you can have a fun and relaxing stay🙂💙♥️

Pros: Very homey, lovely, quiet neighbourhood, BTS is a stone throw away. House owner prepared food and drinks for the stay! The staff at the ground floor is very helpful and welcoming. Would defo recommend for others to stay! Downside: the building is kinda old with only one toilet and one shower (only a problem if you’re staying with a group of friends), not so clean (roaches found due to recent pipes cleaning & some food leftover at the couch fold). House owner immediately responds to the feedback and offer helps

I had a wonderful stay here! The house is big, clean, and very comfortable. It’s conveniently located near the main road, so finding food was super easy. The host was very responsive and replied to my messages quickly. Highly recommended!
