House of 40 m2 with a wooded garden, very pleasant, quiet in the heart of nature, ideal for relaxing. Beautiful view! 2 terraces of 15m2. 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6). Difficult access for the elderly because it is steep. 15 minutes by car from Lake Pannecière and 30 minutes from Lake Settons. Hiking and mountain bike trails at the end of the garden (Gr13, Tour du Morvan, etc.). All amenities 10 minutes by car (Château-Chinon). 30 minutes by car from Haut-Folin (25 cross-country ski trails) and Mont-Beuvray.

Vrijstaand stenen huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy, fijne zithoekjes en prachtig uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende beboste heuvels. Vanuit het huisje loopt u zo naar het strand voor een frisse duik, door weilanden of het bos. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Het huis met houtkachel staat in een klein gehucht bij het Lac de Pannecière in het Natuurpark de Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft schitterende sterrenhemels.
