Cette maison est rénovée dans la vieille laiterie du village ferme solognote avec un parc de 4300m2 clôturé. Avec place de parking gratuite dans la propriété. Vue sur la forêt très paisible et où l on entend le brame du cerf en septembre . 2 chambres, une pièce cuisine salle à manger et une salle d eau WC.. terrasse avec table et chaises plus transats. Également une chaise haute et un lit parapluie pour bébé. Des jeux et des livres si besoin à disposition.
