Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chautauqua

This was absolute relaxation heaven! Quiet, clean and right on the lake. We loved the sunsets, the morning coffee on the deck, and s’mores at the fire table. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed and more!

Lovely home with clear instructions! Was perfect for our needs. Was super thankful for a 1-night minimum for our plans.

Read the book she has on how the house was built!! Me and my family loved the place as soon as we walked in but the story behind it is even better. Great area to stay in and close to the stadium but out of the city rush. So peaceful!!

it was a great experience, the host is super friendly and responsive. The place itself perfect, big backyard with the perfect view to the lake Earie. Inside house you can find anything that you need. Definately recommend!!!

We enjoyed this beautiful home. We were in the area for a funeral and it was so nice to come back and unwind at John's home. Especially liked the covered porches. The location was nice, close to town but the neighborhood was quiet.

Wonderful, super clean, relaxing, beautiful space. This property is topnotch. The interior is not only beautiful, but it was extremely clean and easy to settle into. We found it to be a peaceful and pleasant refuge after long days. The AC worked very well on very hot days. The covered side porch is a lovely place to sit and have coffee. The landscaping is delightful. There is off street parking for two vehicles. It was a really nice home away from home. We will be back!

Have stayed with Theresa several times. Apartment(s) were perfect for a family visit to WNY so we all could visit the local attractions and catch up with family. Plans to stay at Theresa's place again in the near future.

Private and clean! Comfortable stay near family. It was just two of us for three days and we had more than we needed to enjoy our time in the area. Both units were occupied during my stay but we never crossed paths with the other guests. There are stairs - about 1.5 flights - which were not a problem for us at all, just a data point to consider if you have mobility issues. We did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the sauna, but it looked like a slice of heaven! Thank you for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price!

Perfect Getaway Susan is the quintessential host. She is warm and very responsive. Her home is so well appointed and cozy. We had quite a bit of snow and Susan plowed our driveway twice as well as provided us with ice melt. Everything Susan does for her guests is above and beyond.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jaycie and Jacob’s place! It was perfectly located for all the things we were doing. There was more space than we had expected and everything was very clean. Check-in was effortless thanks to Jaycie’s clear instructions! They even provided a parking spot just for us! We loved this stay!

This is are third time we have stayed there. Never disappointed Jo and Rick are so great. From the time you arrive it’s just beautiful. The landscape is so pretty. Very inviting beautiful flowers. Inside is just as beautiful. I plan my trips to the area on the availability to stay at Jo and Ricks. Highly recommend this air bnb and Jo and Rick. Will definitely stay there again.

We lucked out choosing this location as we visited the week Summer decided to show up with a vengeance. Thank God for the A/C or this would have been unbearable. The location was very quiet, it felt like we were the only ones there. First visit to Ellicotville and we plan to return with family.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

This Air B&B was so cute! Modern furnishings. Lots of room, to fit our group. All the amenities, all the things you need, when coming from out of town. Plenty of space, in the main gathering area, and at the dining table. Loved it. Would stay there, again!
