Very nice accommodation, as large and nicely decorated as the pictures show. Huge bathroom, excellent bedding, giant sofa for endless reading, giant TV screen also for TV addicts, outdoor lounge that must be great in summer and owner who prepares for the arrival of tenants and slips away quickly while remaining available. Supermarket 5 minutes by car and bakery 5 minutes walk. All this near Annecy in an area we like. Great week, great rental, thanks Carole

The welcome was perfect, the accommodation very clean, very pleasant, very quiet, to be recommended to other people.

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

Beautiful apartment, lived up to the advert and more, very well equipped. Right in the centre of town yet quiet. All done to a very nice style.

The accommodation was very good, consistent with the photo, and the equipment offered was there in good condition and functional. Comfortable, pleasant, clean and smelled good! Lots of storage possibilities too! Close to a good shopping area with everything you need! Small downside, it would be nice to leave a few tablets and pops for the dishwasher and washing machine, it avoids buying a whole box for one use (we left some for the next guests personally) Small problems also with humidity and ventilation, the laundry did not dry even when hung out for 4 days, the towels did not dry even when we put them on the radiator and the sheets were like wet. Nothing extreme either, but after a week it is noticeable (and the dehumidifier did not change anything)

Francine was super lovely and really responsive. When we asked for earlier check in and later check out she accommodated it- she was super thoughtful. I really recommend this property

The apartment is very comfortable, very nice with a breathtaking view of the Semnoz. Sylvie was good advice and good "guide" for the tips outings and we had a great communication with her from booking to our departure. We highly recommend it! We absolutely loved Anna & Pierre's place, it was such a treat waking up to that view every morning and it was even better than the photos. Anna gave us loads of recommendations before we arrived and check in / check out was seamless. The area was so peaceful and we had a great night's sleep as the curtains made it very dark at night. We hired a car and drove around the lake, which was a particular highlight. Can't recommend this place enough!! Hope to be back one day :)

The accommodation was perfectly in line with the description: clean, well-equipped and pleasant. The host was very welcoming and responsive throughout the stay. The linen was impeccable, and we particularly appreciated the small touches such as the coffee available, the maps of nearby restaurants and the bottle of fresh water on arrival. Thank you again!

What a beautiful setting for nature lovers like us. It had everything to feel good. The impeccable accommodation, but also this breathtaking view of the lake and the mountain. Bike, hike, good little restaurants too, shops within walking distance, a host responsive to our questions. We recommend this magical place!

This place is just perfect! There were 2 of us for a 3-day stay and we didn't want to go back home because we felt so at home. It's spacious enough for 2 people, clean and well maintained, there's everything you need in the accommodation, I was perhaps just missing a microwave but not disturbing. The decor and the surroundings seduced us and Muriel was very accommodating and pleasant. I recommend it! 😊

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

We stayed at Daniele's place for 3 days. This is located in a quiet area and you can enjoy a beautiful view. There is no supermarket or restaurant in the village. The apartment was very clean and offers enough space for 2 people. The beautiful pool is also a plus. Daniele is also a very nice hostess. We would definitely come back.

We had a great 3-day weekend of Joséphine's place. The house is tastefully decorated, is pleasant, cozy and with a magnificent view that crowns everything (especially the very pleasant terrace!) We were able to receive the house exceptionally earlier which made us feel very comfortable. Check-in with a lockbox is also a big comfort. We are more than happy and recommend Joséphine's place! See you soon if we come back to the area.

Alexandre is very responsive and cares about the well-being of the people staying in his home. Second time we rented this place, and since then some more amenities, such as the blackout curtain for the children's room, the clothes rack, additional cooking amenities. We would recommend this listing.

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The accommodation was not only immaculately clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The sauna and the jacuzzi are particularly noteworthy - both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping facilities were easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Very clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

Had a very nice stay. Spectacular and idyllic landscape. Appartement very well equipped, especially when travelling with small children. A bed, a chair, cups, toys, everything was there. We didnt know that we were supposed to bring towels though, but received some anyways. Very friendly owners, happily showing our children their animals and letting the feed them.

Very clean and adorable place! Loved the hidden clues game!!
