Assia is a welcoming host. The accommodation is 2 minutes from tram 2. The banks of the Seine are 5 minutes away, which allows for a nice walk after a day of work. If you need to go to the Seine Musicale, it is possible to walk there from Assia's apartment.

Fantastic place to stay just outside the main centre of Paris. Easily accessible with the RER nearby and walking distance to beautiful suburbs, parks, shops etc. Romain was a responsive and friendly host. The apartment is well equipped for a comfortable stay!

This is the second time we have rented this apartment which is still so beautiful, well furnished and clean! Certainly a little far from Paris but for a really interesting rate at the time we were there and with the advantage of being quiet in the evening. RATP rates have changed since last year and now the Paris / Chaville route is at the price of a metro ride (€2.50) so it's perfect! Thank you for this excellent stay!

Very nice accommodation, well located and quiet! Nothing to say about my stay, everything went very well!

We spent 5 days in Garches and the place was 100% as described. We filled up very well and Elisabeth was always available for questions or help. The drive to Paris was also very easy and quick to reach. It was one of the most beautiful stays in Paris and we will be happy to come back.

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

Great host, replied straight away when I messaged him. Lovely little apartment, spotlessly clean. Lots of local shops nearby. 5 min walk to RER B. Only about 20 mins into Paris. Trains & Metro run regularly. Stayed for a week and would definitely recommend. If I ever go back to Paris, I would stay here again. Quiet & peaceful in the evenings. 🙂🙂

Our stay was fantastic! Marie was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. She was also super accommodating by allowing us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. As two girls traveling alone, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location was perfect, with easy access to metro line 9, making it simple to get around all of Paris. We will definitely be back!

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

Staying here was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of with such care and kindness, and it genuinely felt like a second home! The neighborhood was peaceful and serene. Amandine and Sébastien above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in France. 10/10 highly recommend! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

It was my second stay at Agnes and Olivier's, and it was once again a great time. The apartment is quiet and well insulated, we did not get too hot despite the heatwave and we did not hear the street noise despite the music festival! Oliver is very kind, welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is located almost at the foot of the castle and a short distance from the metro and train line. In short, it was great!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
