Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Préparez vous pour un voyage dans le temps chez cette vieille dame, qui mérite toute votre attention et respect afin qu'elle puisse nous charmer.

Come and take a break in this peaceful place halfway between the villages of Ris and Chateldon… Located in the heart of the Auvergne countryside (at the foot of the Bourbonnais mountains and the Bois Noirs), in a small green setting, for a return to nature and a reconnection to oneself. Enjoy various nearby walking trails and exceptional tourist sites (Puy-de-Dôme and its chain of Auvergne volcanoes, Vichy queen of the water cities, small villages of character such as Châteldon or Charroux...)

Les Marquetons vous attendent pour un séjour au calme au cœur de la campagne. La maison et le jardin sont équipés de nombreux jeux et de transats. Au village, à 5 min, vous trouverez les principaux commerces de proximité. Les draps et le linge de maison ne sont pas fournis. Des oreillers et des couettes ainsi qu'une cafetière Senseo sont à disposition. Maison chauffé à 19 °C sauf vestibule et pallier non chauffés. Feux interdits dans la maison. Jusqu'au 27 mars le salon est en sup 10€/nuit.

Charming townhouse

Située à Lapalisse, la maisonnette est composée d’une pièce à vivre avec un espace cuisine et salon (canapé convertible). Une chambre avec un lit double, linge de lit fourni. Une salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne et toilette séparé. La maisonnette possède une cour à l’avant. Le ménage est inclus dans le tarif. Le centre de Lapalisse est accessible à pieds en 5 minutes. Stationnement sur le parking en face. À 30 minutes du Pal et 25 minutes de Vichy. Animaux non acceptés. Non fumeur.

La Besbre (petite rivière locale pour pêcher ou se baigner 5km), Le Pal (parc animalier et attractions 10km), Dompierre-sur-Besbre (magasins, piscine municipale (15km), Moulins (musées, centre historique, boutiques… 30 km), Vichy (thermes, centre commerciale… 55km), randonnées dans la nature, châteaux à visiter, …

The house is a recently built and welcoming chalet. You will enjoy a region ideal for hiking or discovering a rich local heritage. Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly. Gîte at Aunt Louise's near the Pal

Located between Vichy and Moulins and 20 minutes from Le Pal, this village house is the ideal destination. This beautiful 19th century family home has been fully restored by the owners with the desire to create an atmosphere imbued with authenticity, traditional materials, objects or furniture from the past and contemporary comfort. A large terrace overlooking the village allows you to have your meals or just relax. It gives access to a large enclosed green space.

20 km from the Pal, 40 km from Moulins and Vichy, our vacation home is ideally located for a stay in the heart of Bourbonnais. We welcome you to our cottage, recently renovated by us, where we wanted to combine the old and the contemporary in order to keep the charm and character of this typical house of our region. La P'tite Maison is located in a hamlet 2 km from the village of Chavroches.
