Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Indeed , Chazemais is bordering the Cher and Creuse; about an hour from Vichy, Bourges, Moulins, Clermont-Fd and its volcanoes...

Close to the A71 motorway exits (10 km from the Forêt de Tronçais – Vallon-en-Sully motorway exit, 18 km from Saint-Amand-Montrond), 28 km from Montluçon.
