In the countryside, the small road does not go beyond the tiny hamlet of three dwellings. The cottage is very close to the other two dwellings. It opens onto a lawn with a nice view of a pond of more than 1 ha. Ideal for unwinding, hiking, discovering a green area of forests and meadows where superb limousine cows graze. Saint Leonard de Noblat, the beautiful medieval city is 15 km away, Lake Vassivière is 20 minutes away, Lake Bujaleuf is 8 minutes away.
