Bakery, pharmacy and municipal swimming pool 2 minutes walk away and a supermarket with fuel station located at the exit of the village. Free street parking for one car in front of the accommodation.

Chaleureuse et tout confort, vous pouvez y séjourner pour un week end, quelques jours pour visiter cette belle région ou tout simplement pour des raisons professionnelles... La maison se compose d'une chambre avec un lit 160 ( couchage interdit dans le canapé), d'une pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée et d'une salle d'eau avec douche Une autre construction bois est sur le même terrain mais le jardin et le parking ne sont pas à partager. Cette maison a été entièrement refaite en pierre de taille. Elle se trouve à Civry sur Serein(classé dans les plus beaux villages de bourgogne). La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.

The Vineyard House

The accommodation is composed of a living room and a "parental bedroom" with shower in the bedroom. The property also has a veranda converted into a summer living room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate. The accommodation is 3 minutes from Chablis, 5 minutes from the A6 highway and 15 minutes from Auxerre.
