Baignades, découverte des villages médiévaux environnants, randonnée dans les Alpes mancelles...

Located in the Sarthe, 30 mins from Le Mans (24H/Mans), 40mins from Laval and 15 mins from Sablé sur Sarthe. It's a peaceful and rejuvenating place. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Country house 15 minutes from Le Mans

House equipped for 4 people located at the exit of the village and in a cul-de-sac. Easy access from the A11 highway. 7 km from Suze-sur-Sarthe. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place between Le Mans and Sablé-sur-Sarthe. It's a detached house but we're neighbors. You can take your morning walk along the municipal path. We love animals and have some miniature cows and horses. See you soon.
