You will be in front of the train station, with commerce and connections to the whole city within a 2-minute walk. A direct train will bring you to the airport in ~10 minutes. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, but you can find it for free at some bars at the train station.

Very nice apartment in a 1930s building with ceiling moldings, period parquet and all the comforts of today (Wi-Fi, TV, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Charming little balcony on the street side to relax after a day of work. Very quiet street (30 km/h zone) near shops, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, without suffering from the nuisance.
